Gabi and Falco both turned and saw Miss (L/n). Her right eye was shut tightly (and bloody) and nearly half of her left arm was missing. She looked awful, definitely worse than they'd ever seen her during the Mid-East war, but Falco and Gabi had never been more relieved (albeit confused) to see her.

"Get behind me." (Y/n) commanded. Falco and Gabi did what the Crystal Shifter said, becoming sandwiched between the wall and Miss (L/n)'s own body. Falco stood closer to the door which the Crystal Shifter had emerged from (which he noted was not from the front of the airship) while Gabi stood closer to the crystal wall. As the enemies who had been approaching the children made their way around the crystals, their bodies stiffened.

"(Y/n)..." a soldier with light brown hair addressed the Crystal Shifter cautiously; as if speaking her name wrong might cause her to transform. As the male opened his mouth to continue speaking, another soldier rushed into the room.

"The Crystal Shifter has escaped!"

"No shit, sherlock." The brunette snapped.

"Jean, Sasha's losing too much blood!" someone else called from the other side of the crystal. "We have to treat her wounds right now or else she'll..."

Too much was happening all at once. Falco couldn't keep up with it all. So it turned out that Miss (L/n) had been captured by the people on the Island? But the people on the airship knew her name... had Miss (L/n) intended to betray Marley, or had the Island Devils simply remembered her from the time she'd spent on the island herself? Despite everything being so confusing, Falco knew one thing for certain. Miss (L/n) was protecting himself and Gabi.

"There are parachutes in the other room. Several of them." (Y/n) began, "you two need to get to them and get off of this airship as quickly as possible."

"But Miss (L/n)-"

"There are more soldiers in the other room who will be on alert. As long as you two stick together and focus on escaping, you'll manage."

"Think about this logically, (Y/n)." The brown haired soldier spoke again, "there's three of you and dozens of us. Plus, it's not like you can transform. You've exhausted too much of your stamina to do anything more than you already have. If you think all three of you can escape without harm, you're only fooling yourself. Surrender now and I promise that all three of you will survive the trip back home."

"Home?" Gabi suddenly gasped, "as if we would ever become prisoners on Paradis. I'd rather die than let that happen! We're not going to surrender to the likes of these Devils, right Miss (L/n)?"

Falco noticed the mentioned Warrior tense up. He'd never seen her this way - not even when they were in the midst of battle. Falco watched as the Crystal Shifter glanced down towards Gabi, then to Falco, then back at the brown haired soldier.

"I can't just trust you, Kristien. You aren't in the Military Police Brigade dealing with some no-name lowlifes. You're telling Warriors of Marley to become prisoners of war. Who would agree to that so easily?"

The brown haired soldier took a step towards the Crystal Shifter. "People who want to live. Now do we have a deal or not?"

Gabi could tell that Miss (L/n) was really considering becoming a prisoner of war just to survive. While the Crystal Shifter had seemingly been captured by the enemy, Gabi had infiltrated the airship with the intent of revenge. She came here to kill those who had killed so many of their own soldiers. Gabi thought that because Miss (L/n) was a Warrior that she would fight until the very end, but she was about to be proven wrong. She should have been fighting for Marley until her final breath, not negotiating the terms of their surrender!
