"LOOK, THIS all comes down to one simple question. Who do you want to run your class? Us, the geeks, or little miss perky and the convict's daughter?" Abby mocked through the microphone. Aurora rolled her eyes at Abby's comment. "You would say that considering no one knows your background. Just to bring everybody up to speed on an issue that is relevant, Andie Mcphee, your prospective president, has a mother that's about, hmm, one shock treatment away from a permanent residence in the loony bin."

The room fell silence after the shocking confession from Abby Morgan, murmurs and looks were shared around the gymnasium. Joey spoke up to prevent the awkward silence from going on any longer. "You know, for once, Abby, let's stick to the issues. You know, Andie's personal life has no bearing on her ability to handle the job as sophomore class president."

"Oh, whatever," Abby scoffed. "We have hard evidence that Andie's mother was responsible for the death of Andie's older brother in a car crash less than a year ago. So, the fact of the matter is mommy Mcphee is a whacked-out nut and we all know that mental illness is hereditary. So, you do the math."

Aurora watched with a sad expression on her face. Andie had tears that were rolling down her cheeks as she tried to keep her cool. The blonde couldn't get a word out before she ran out of the gymnasium. Lucas was quick to get up and chase after the blonde.

Aurora felt the anger rise up in her body. The brunette walked up to the podium and without another thought, the palm of her hand collided with the side of Abby Morgan's face. "Just because you're an insecure bitch that has nothing interesting going on in her life, doesn't mean you need to take that out on other people, especially ones who don't deserve it."

"Ms. Benson," the older man walked over and pulled her away from the girl.

Abby smirked over at the girl, "wow, mommy would sure be rolling in her grave after she saw that little disrespectful action toward your future student body president," she teased the girl as her arms crossed over her chest.

Aurora lunged toward the girl once again. This time, Pacey took matters into his own hands and rushed toward the girl. His arms wrapped around her torso as he pulled her away. "I got her, I got her," he muttered to the man.

"Go to hell, Abby Morgan."

PACEY WATCHED as the Benson girl paced back and forth throughout the hallway. Aurora shook her head each time Pacey tried to talk to her. "God, Abby is such a jerk," she exclaimed. "I mean, really? What does she think she gains from all of this, huh? It's not an attractive personality trait, I mean I guess only to guys like Chris Wolfe, but still, after high school, she is going to be a nobody if she keeps going down this path."

Pacey nodded at her words, "are you done?" he asked before he began to voice his opinion. "I know we all hate it, but there is no anything we could do to fix Abby Morgan, I mean it's like impossible. But if we keep feeding into her insults and threats than it's only going to make her feel more better about herself and continue to do it. It's not going to stop, Rory, we just have to find a way to ignore it all."

Aurora looked up at the Witter boy and groaned, "God, I hate it when your right." A smile came across Pacey's face as he shrugged. "People like Abby Morgan doesn't deserve the attention, I wish everyone else knew that. Without any attention, hopefully it would set Abby's mind straight and give her at least an ounce of common sense."

Pacey placed his hands on her lips to stop her from her pacing. He turned around to face him. "You know that slap was kind of hot," Pacey commented with a teasing tone. "I'm so sad that I had to end it so soon, but someone had too."

Aurora rolled her eyes, playfully, "someone had to teach her lesson," she stated. "Besides," she shrugged, "it felt good to let out a little bit of anger, and the fact that it was Abby Morgan, just made it so much better."

Pacey chuckled at the girl as he shook his head before he pulled her in for a kiss. Aurora smiled into the kiss as her arms wrapped loosely around his neck. The two pulled away before she held her hand out for him, he grabbed it without hesitation, and they walked out of the school building.

THE TWINS returned home. Lucas had walked into Aurora's bedroom, which only made her confused, she set down her book and looked up at him. He looked upset; she knew he needed someone to talk too right now. "What's going on, Luke?" Aurora asked, worriedly. "Did something happen?"

Lucas sat down on the edge of her bed, "Rora, Andie broke a mirror today in the school bathroom," he admitted to the brunette. Aurora's eyes widened as she sat up straighter in bed, her back now leaned against the bed post.

"She did what?"

"She broke a mirror," Lucas repeated. "I walked into the bathroom to talk to her, and when I did, she was just going on and on about her brother, Tim," he began to explain, "and I mean, I thought I was helping her. I tried to talk to her, and I thought it was working, but all of a sudden she raised her voice again, and next thing I knew, her textbook was flying at the mirror."

Aurora was surprised to hear that. Usually, Andie was at least chill and tried to stay away from aggressiveness. "Oh, my God," she muttered. "That's unexpected. I mean I didn't expect anything like that from Andie."

By the look on Lucas's face, she knew she wasn't helping. "I think Andie just finally broke down; you know. She's been bottling up all these emotions since her brother passed, and everything that's going on with her mom, she finally needed to let that anger out."

"I know it was strange to see her like that, but" she paused and sighed, softly, "the best that you could do now is to be there for her. She needs someone by her side, even if she says she doesn't. Jack can't handle it all on his own. You need to try and talk to her, let her know that you're going to be there for her, no matter what, but Lucas, if it's too much to handle, then maybe you need to let her go, I mean you can't let something like this ruin your mental health, you know? I know you want to help but it's not worth putting your brain through so much stress because of someone else."

Lucas nodded, as he glanced down at the bed, before he looked back up at his sister. "I want to be there for her, Rora," he admitted. "I want to be on her side through all of this, even if she doesn't need me, I want to help her get better."

Aurora nodded, understandingly, "I get it," she told him. "Just listen to what I said, you need to back up if it's starting to be too much. Don't let it destroy your mental health. Promise me that, Luke."

"I promise."
