Lapis: Hey readers! It's great to finally get some internet usage. I've been stuck in my room for a month and I'm starting to go crazy. Anyway, Hatchlin has once again dared us. First we gotta learn about Berserkers, which is kinda useless cause it's something we we're all taught but let's go do that.

In Sparks lab

Ella: Ok class, I'll be your teacher today and-

Spark comes in with Trace behind him

Spark: Umm, what are you doing?

Ella was in a teacher costume, and stated to blush a little

Ella: I was gonna teach everyone

Spark: Sorry, but that's why Trace is here

Diamond: Why are we even doing this? The history of Berserkers is something that gets taught in all schools

Spark: We get done with this part, I'll teach you all about a different kind of berserkers from history. One they don't teach you about.

Trace teaches everyone about the history of how it started, how it would spread, the different kinds and Solar gave a few demonstrations for them but of course he didn't hurt anyone, Fluffy was very kind this time.

After that, Spark told everyone about the Viking equivalent of Berserkers. They were fighters who would eat psychedelic mushrooms that would make them feel invincible, lower pain feeling and make their enemies smaller.

Spark: And if you ask me, an extremely buff dude, wielding an axe and charging strait at you is something no one would want to see

Lapis looks at the readers

Lapis: While this might sound fake for the story, those were a real thing in the real world

Pearl: Isn't there a part 2 to the dare?

Lapis: Oh right! We gotta play paintball and for some reason you have to use black paint against me

Pearl: We could just all use black paint because it would make things easier

Spark: I would have to agree with that

After setting things up, it was time for the ultimate Paintball match. Everyone chose their weapons and got ready

Jake: One more time. 20 minutes on the clock, get the least amount of paint on you. 2 minute grace period. No powers or using mechanical attachments besides as arms or hands. Ready?

Everyone: Ready

Everyone separated in pairs

With Ella and Spark

Ella: This should go well

Spark: I'd have to agree

Spark is using a paint grenade launcher that shoots balloons full of paint that explode on contact. Ella has an umbrella that when opened, shoots a shot of paint like a shotgun but has to close completely to shoot again

Over with Sunshine and Alex

Sunshine: I'm not sure if that's the best option

Alex: Your one to talk

Sunshine has basically the paint equivalent of a flamethrower while Alex has what can only be described as a comically large paint brush

Diamond and Crystal

Diamond: Do you need help with that?

Lapis: Nope!

Lapis is struggling to carry a paintball machine gun and Diamond has a regular paintball gun

With Rose and Solar

Solar: Scared?

Rose: A little

Solar: I'm sure we'll do good. We did win the air soft game

Rose: True, true

They both has basic paintball guns, the options were a little too much for them so they chose for regular ones

With Pearl and Jake

Pearl: I don't think I'll be much use, sorry

Jake: Don't doubt yourself! Maybe you need a little help but I can help you out and you'll definitely get some hits

Pearl: Thanks

Jake has a small paintball gun pistol but he has a bunch of paint traps while Pearl has a sniper rifle with shots that explode in a lot of paint when they hit

After the match

Trace: After having everyone scanned, the results are in. The ones converged in the most paint is a tie with Sunshine and Alex with 89% covered

This was because they argued at the beginning and just converged each other in paint the entire time

Trace: The one with the most paint shot at people was Spark with a little over 5 gallons worth of paint

Spark: Don't care if I win, that was all the victory I need

Trace: And the overall winner is

Spark plays a drumroll sound

Trace: Pearl! with only 10% of herself covered!

Pearl got herself a paintball trophy and a kiss from Jake, causing her to pass out

In Lapis's room

Lapis: Well being grounded is definitely better then that history lesson but the paintball game was definitely a nice change of things. Anyway, thank you to Hatchlin as always for the dares, we take requests from all (within reason) and we all hope you enjoy the rest of your day and the next. Byee!!
