And on todays episode of not doing Hatchlin's requests, (I swear I'm working on them! I just really wanted to make this one badly) we have a new idea. This isn't a dare, but more of I just wanted to create sort of a short story and wasn't sure where to put it. But hey, if you guys like these I'll make more. Maybe even take requests if you come up with some good ones! Maybe some will even be cannon.... But for now, let's begin. This story takes place around 4 years after Ella and Spark's first kiss. At the point where they were friends, but still not living together

Behind the house, Spark was just working on a simple upgrade for their home. Because they don't pay bills (they are all kids. It's not like they are even given them in the first place) Spark has to create the houses plumbing and electricity. Simple job for him. Plug in a few things from another dimension, and call it a day.

Spark: And that should do it. Ok Solar, you can turn the lights back on!

He stoped glowing and did as instructed

Lapis: Finally! I got some comics to go read- oh wait... I'm out. SPAAARK!!!!

He walks into the room they were in

Spark: I'm right here, you don't have to destroy my eardrums

Lapis: As my big brother can you do me the biggest favor in the world?

Spark: You only call me that when you want something. What is it now?

Lapis: I'm out of comics

Solar: Is it possible I could get some more paint too? Only if your already going though

He thinks for a moment

Spark: Actually, let's go out for lunch! We could all use some time out of the house

Not like they had any other ideas, they agreed

Later on in town, they are surprisingly not questioned for being alone

Lapis: Shouldn't we have some kind of adult?

Solar: Big bro is basically one

Lapis: I mean more as aren't actual adults gonna question why we're alone?

Spark: You'd expect that, but I've been doing this for years and never questioned once by adults. Sorta feels like when Superman has glasses minus the glasses and the secret identity

Lapis: Hey isn't that-

Spark: Don't you dare!

Solar: Big bro?

Spark: *sigh* fine.

Lapis: You don't wanna see your girlfriend~

Spark: She's a friend, who happened to kiss me.

Lapis: Where is the difference?

Spark: One you date, one you only hang out with- hang on how do you know about boyfriend and girlfriend stuff?

Lapis: Spider-Man has a lot of possible love interests, all I'm gonna say

Spark: Say here, I'll talk to her. Ok?

Lapis: Don't want us messing with your love interest~

Spark: Do you want new comics?

Lapis: Yes

Spark: Then don't say anything like that if she wants to hang out with us

Lapis: Fine...

He walks off to talk to Ella

Solar: Do you think they sell the kind of paper they use to make comics?

Lapis: Probably. I don't think you actually need that kind. Any will do if you staple it right. Why?
