Parseval is the same Parseval you know and love revived in the flesh. Taking the appearance of the original (August), following certain events it has been separated from August and is now its own entity. This has advantages and disadvantages but the main thing to note is that outside of self-defence for August, the dragon and by extension, August's carrier/rigging can no longer function autonomously. That is to say, they no longer have a personality. Another thing to note is that, unlike August, should Parseval be destroyed there is no returning.
As for Prinz Rupprecht, she's more of an actual daughter for August than Parseval as Parseval is little more than a clone. That said, if you were paying attention above, you'd likely have noticed that one daughter represents the "Super Battleship" side of August's carrier while the other represents the "Carrier" side of things. There is a reason for this but that will be revealed at some point during this book or the next.
In regards to how August ended up pregnant in the first place. You'll likely have to read the entire series to understand that (starting from Azur Lane: Euphoria then moving on to Zhejiang and Enterprise Book One then reading Azur Lane: Kaiserin before reading Zhejiang and Enterprise Book Two and so on...) though I suspect the full answer may not be revealed until the SIREN focused books are re-released. In any case, if you pay attention to each story closely you can figure it out before then :)
