YOU THOUGHT BAKING SOME COOKIES for your p/g would be the calmest way to spend your saturday afternoon, a simple way to chill and relax after a long week at school. but, your dreams were quickly ruined when eddie decided to come over, inviting himself him first of all, then appearing in your kitchen and scaring the life out of you. effectively, you dropped a bowl of ingredients, getting batter all over the floor.

"eddie!" you all but growled at your boyfriend, staring at the now cowering boy with eyes like daggers. after a few minutes of scolding, you settled into redoing the batch of cookies. your boyfriend sat on a stool, watching you diligently as you began to fly around the kitchen, eagerly replacing all the ingredients you lost before.

"eddie, could you pass me the flour? be careful, the side is ripped." you turned around for one moment, one moment, and an 'oh shit' echoed throughout the room as a white cloud engulfed the kitchen. you closed your eyes, shaking slightly as you got coated in flour. peeling your eyes open when the flour stopped dusting. eddie stood across from you, equally as dirty. for a moment you just stood there before you launched forward to tackle the boy to the floor. you landed in a heap as he cried below you, crushed by your fury.

"i'm sorry! i'm sorry! it was an accident!" he wailed, erupting into laughter as you began to tickle him in anger. yes, angry tickles.

"eddie! you had ONE job!" you yelled, torturing the boy with tickles until he apologized. while you were angry, you knew how finicky the bag could be, so you couldn't take it out on him. it wasn't his fault, entirely. after apologizing immensely, the boy decided to stay glued to your side, basically smothering you in affection as you salvaged the last of the flour and picked up where you left off. it was now a necessity to get those cookies done. you needed to. you had to.

"could you pass me the chocolate chips?" you asked again, knowing the bag was across the room on the island. you continued beating the batter into submission as eddie scurried away, grabbing the bag of chocolate chips with two hands and walking it over to you with the most care and dedication you had ever seen. triumphantly you poured the bag in the batter, turning to give eddie a kiss on the cheek in thanks.

when you turned back to look at the batter though, your eyes narrowed. the chocolate chips looked flat, oddly. they also looked wrinkly. with a panicked cry, you turned to look at eddie with teary eyes. your p/g was allergic to raisins.

"eddie. run."
