Tatsuya arrived at the site within two minutes, pushing his body to quite literally the maximum, and immediately broke through the ice wall.

He ignored all the police tape and cars surrounding the area. All he could see was his helpless sister lying on the floor.

"Oho! So a new challenger appeared. Will you be as disappointing as that mess on the floor?"

He didn't reply but simply remained calm.

Within a second, Mao's arm disappeared. Blood burst out and Tatsuya simply watched, simply smiling to himself.

"Well, shall we fight then?"

Bloodlust appeared in his eyes and a dome appeared around the two, blocking all incoming and outcoming attacks.

"I suppose so."

He left Miyuki to the police to deal with for now as his Regrowth seemingly stopped working.

And so, the fight began.

Since his Regrowth had stopped, it meant that he couldn't heal himself, so he had to solely rely on his battle suit, but this didn't stop him from getting his revenge.

Tatsuya rushed in, freezing the ground up to Mao before creating an array of flames, causing mist to appear and cover the dome.

Using the built-in CAD of the battle-suit, Tatsuya used the Strategic-Class magic Abyss.

The mist collected up into a large ball before splitting, as if in a fantasy RPG world. Large water spears formed as Mao watched.

"You think that some water will do anything against me?"

"You'd be surprised what you can do with 'some water' "

He smirked, sending down the army of spears. As they landed, small explosions occurred from Tatsuya using a weakened-down Material burst to 'burst' the water spears upon impact.

The first hit landed, blowing off the same arm which had just regenerated from Mao. But the following spears were fairly easily dodged by her who, almost elegantly, caressed the water, making them implode into a small ball.

"See. Oh, but if you want more water, then how about this?"

The dome around the pair disappeared, before being succeeded by a black wall. It continued to cover the pair before engulfing the two in darkness.

Tatsuya couldn't sense any space outside of the darkness, even with his Elemental Sight. Just like 'T'

So they were related.

The walls came down to reveal an ocean, but due to the suddenness, Tatsuya simply fell into the water and became submerged.

"Hm... Maybe too much water," she spoke playfully before sending them to a lake where she launched a barrage of psion bullets towards Tatsuya, causing him to move too, despite the new area.

He swerved through the barrage and continued to run towards Mao. His fist went out, flying towards the small yet dangerous girl, forcing a dodge to appear and allowing Tatsuya to fire a point-blank Decomposition spell.

Her head disappeared, but something was off. The body fell backwards and suddenly another presence appeared behind Tatsuya.

As he turned his head, he saw an army of Mao. As if she'd cloned herself over and over.

But this was too simple to see through.

That is what Tatsuya would have thought.

Though his Elemental Sight told him which was the real Mao, this was an opponent who'd bested someone like Miyuki, who, although not to the extent of Tatsuya, was already strong enough to compete with the third years and maybe even university students.
