20 minutes later
Garroth's POV
"Is she asleep," I ask as I look at Laurence.
"Yeah, she's passed out."
"Ok that's good."
"Yeah, I can't believe that all happened to her."
"I know and yet she is still going."
"Yeah, to be honest I'm kind of glad that Kai is a girl."
"Yeah, she is really nice to be around."
"Yeah, and she's kind of cute."
"Really Laurence."
"Yeah, and Aph hasn't shown any interest in me, so I guess just in case."
"I get it Aph isn't showing much interest in me either so it's best to find someone else just in case she gets with someone else."
"Yeah, and you don't even do anything to show Aph you love her, so I suggest you show you love Kai or I'm going to take her." I nod
"Let's take her home, tomorrow's going to be interesting." He nods. As we take her home we make sure to do it quickly and quietly so no one will ask questions, especially about Kai.
In the morning
Kai's POV
I woke up in the morning in my bed. "Was that all a dream or did I really tell them all that." I got up and got ready and of course someone knocks on my door. I open the door and Garroth and Laurence are standing there. "Hey."
"Hey cutie~," Laurence says with a smirk.
"What does that mean?"
"Last night remember."
"Oh, so that wasn't a dream." I mumble the last part to myself, but they heard it.
"You think last night was a dream?" Garroth asks, laughing a little.
"Yeah, so you guys know about-"
"Yep"
"And about-"
"Yep"
"And you haven't told anyone?"
"We haven't told anyone."
"Ok that's good."
"So, to the guard tower," Laurence says. We nod and we're off. We get there and Dante is laughing at Travis who is on the ground, and Aaron is shaking his head in disbelief.
"What's going on here?" I look at Aaron since he seems to understand what's going on.
"Katelyn came by to tell me Aphmau wanted to see me in a bit and Travis, being himself, decided to flirt with her and like usually she hit him, and Dante just started laughing at the whole thing so yeah now you know." As if on cue Dante falls to the ground laughing. Garroth and Laurence start laughing a little. Aaron and I give a little chuckle. After a minute Travis starts hitting Dante for being a jerk by now we're all laughing at this holding onto the walls so we don't fall. After a few minutes we all calm down and Travis and Dante get up. We pretend nothing happens when Aph walks in to talk to everyone.
"Hey guys."
"Hey," we all say in unison.
"So, first Aaron remember I need to talk to you in private." He nods with a small smirk that only Aph and I notice. "Dante I'm going to ask if you will go check on KC, she has been acting a little weird lately." He nods and smirks while taking a sip of his coffee. "Travis, Katelyn wanted to talk to you in a little bit." He nods and the rest of the boys hold in their laughter, but I see a little smile on his face so something is going on with him and Katelyn along with Aphmau and Aaron but I won't say anything for now. She looks at me with a small smile. "Kai I would like to talk to you, Garroth, and Laurence after this meeting." I look over to the other two and they seem as confused as I was.
"Ok we will be there." She talks a little more before she leaves with me, Garroth, and Laurence following behind her. "Hey did you guys tell her something?" I whisper to them and they shake their heads no. Laurence looks at me.
"We haven't told anyone, after you fell asleep we brought you back home as best we could without being spotted so no one asked questions and then we went back to the station and went to bed." When we got to Aphmau's house she sat us down.
"Ok so I want to know something about you Kai since you have been here for a few weeks and since I saw Garroth and Laurence carry you back last night without your helmet. So, I just want to know what's going on." I look over to both of the boys and sigh.
"I think it's time for you to know." I take off my helm and start explaining everything.
