CHAPTER 3- MATE

Olivia 's pov

Today was a special day, cause its going to be my birthday. Finally i am turning to eighteen and becoming a true alpha. For alphas their alpha character only come fully after when they turned eighteen.

All the changes were new to me. My fangs were grown, its fantastically large and sharp now. I get angry for even small matters and Its was fucking hard to control my wolf, not that it wasn't any less hard before but it become more difficult recently. Everything was changing and i hope it's for good.

What's makes my this birthday a bit too special from other birthdays, is i am going to find my mate this time. I was excited to meet my mate but at the same time i was nervous.

I am excited cause i can't wait to hold my destined one in my arms and nervous cause what if he doesn't like me as i am. I know it was rare to be a she wolf to become a pack alpha but my pack accepted me and they respected me. But what if my mate doesn't want me? What if he reject me?. Oh! I can't even think about it!

" You look nervous, darling" my dad says patting my shoulder affectionately. Alexander Devon, the current Alpha of our Dark Moon pack, aka my father was one of most strongest and dreadful alpha ever known but for me he was my sweet dad, my strength.

"Yeah kinda dad " i says sighing.

"Don't worry darling, everything is gonna be fine." dad said reassuring with a wide smile.

"I hope so too, dad" i said smiling back.

" What are you both talking about excluding me?" My mom say entering on the alpha's room makes me to look back at her.

"Nothing honey,I was just telling her there is no need to be nervous for being eighteen"Father says.

" Oh ! My baby know how to be nervous?" Mom said sarcastically acting shocked makes me to roll my eyes.

" Stop it mom" i says to only get a gentle pat in my hair from her.

Mom don't loose any chance to get tease me cause i rarely shows what's going on my mind. But that doesn't mean we are not in a good terms, she was my sweet mom, who likes to tease the most though.

" How is the preparation of party going on? "Father asked mom taking her attention.The party was for my birthday celebration and everyone in the pack will attend, So that if my mate is from my pack i can find out him soon i turn eighteen.

" Everything is perfect and everyone in our pack will be there. I also especially invited Alpha of Moon Stone Pack." Mom says assurance.

"Good" father says pausing a moment.

After i excused myself and went out to my room to get ready.

" Nice to meet you, Alpha Everett stone"i greeted the head alpha of Moon Stone Pack noticing Elijah, who was standing besides him looking irritated as usual.

" It's my pleasure to meet you again, young lady. I heard a lot about the future Alpha Olivia jane along my journey" He says politely.

The Alpha Everett i heard was dreadful and most feared alpha but not this. The man who standing infront of me was more like a gentleman than a ruthless Alpha.

"Thankyou Alpha Everett. I hope what you heard was good." I says with a smile.

"I see.. You are not bad. A little Alexander ha?".he says laughing loudly makes Elijah to scoff hearing that.

"Behave Elijah."Alpha stone warned him in his deep voice glaring at his son. I could see the anger boiling up in Elijah.

" You talk to her ,when i spoke to Alexander." Mr stone says before leaving to find my dad in the crowd.
