CHAPTER 38- STRANGE

Olivia's pov

I don't know how many hours has passed but it wasn't bad to cuddle with Derek. It would be great if i could see him every day first in the morning. Derek groaned, when i run my fingers over his face. He is definitely not a morning person. He looked beautiful when the beam of light hit on her face.

"What are you doing?" He asks with a small smile opening his eyes and looking right back at me.

"You are beautiful." I says not averting my eyes from his piercing gaze and lean forward to kiss him.

"I am not brushed" He says slightly moving back.

"I won't mind." I says capturing his lips in a slow and steady kiss. There isn't anything that was much delicious as his lips. It was addicting.

"I want to wake up with you by my side every day. Would you like to move in with me, to the pack house?." I asks pulling away and meeting his quite shocked golden brown eyes.

"What? You can't be serious!" He says sitting up taken back.

"I am serious!. Why would I joke about something like this?" I says sitting up, to face him, taking his hands in mine.

" I-I ....riya...she.."

"You can bring her too. Don't worry about that. She is like my own little sister to me." I reassure immediately. Riya wasn't a another person to me, just like Derek i considered her as one of my family.

"Isn't it too early for that?. What if others don't like me move into the pack house?. You are all werewolf there and i am a human." His frown deepens cause of hesitation.

"No one is going to dislike you there, Derek. Everyone knows you are my mate and they are going accept you as who you are no matter what!, regardless of if you are a werewolf or a human. I promise you that." I paused a moment taking a deep breath.

"And if you are concerned about is it too early, look, i was trying to court you for more than half a year now. So i don't think we are moving too fast but if you don't want to, i won't force you for sure. I respect every decisions of yours." I says squeezing his hands.

"Oli, can you give me some time to think?. I will let you know after that." He says pressing his lips in to a thin line but i know from the look of his he is really considering what i said.

"Of course. Take your own time, i will wait but hope your answer is positive." I says gaining a small smile in return.

"What time is it now? I have part time at eleven." Derek asks hurriedly standing up and put on his tee-shirt.

"What? You are not free today? Isn't it weekend?" I asks amused but he gave me a smug smile.

"One of my friend had an emergency and i asked to takes his shift. If i had known you will be coming today i wouldn't have taked it in first place. Sorry, i have to go." He says giving me an apologetic smile. One side of my heart was saying to accept his request and let him leave today considering his situation but the other side of my heart didn't even liked to seperate from my mate a one bit. I was very conflicted to choose one from either.

"You should go,Anyway work comes first and moreover i do have some works to finish today " i tried to say not showing how sad i was. I thought today we could spend some quality time together but...

"Are you mad that i am going?" He asks walking closer to me.

"No!" I say turning my face away from him. Isn't obvious?. I really don't want him to go. It is getting hard to pretend infront of him. Why can't he just stay with me!.
