CHAPTER 1- OLIVIA

Olivia 's pov

I am again late for the classes , it's not that i intended to be late but yesterday's night patrolling was so tiring that i couldn't even open my eyes in the morning.

I sighed thinking about the long lecture i have to hear from mrs. Fernandez because of that, its not that i care but i was bored of hearing her repeated warnings.

I was running, thinking about the excuses i am going to make today to save myself from the one week whole detention . So i didn't  see someone was right infront of me and bumped into him.

I cursed under my breath thinking how lucky i am today!. I looked up and see a boy, who was standing infront of me glaring.

"sorry ,I was in a hurry so i didn't noticed you. I will help you to carry the books" i offered him when I noticed the books that scattered on the ground.

"Thanks, but you don't have to. Your this help is enough for today. " he said rolling his eyes sarcastically with an irritated scoff at the end. I could say he is a human from the lack of scent and from that attitude of his. It was just an accident but why is he looking at me like i did it intentionally?.

"No, it was my fault so should at least help you to pick it up." i said again genuinely wanted to help him, moreover i am at the fault.

"If you want to help me, just leave me alone. I can do this myself. " he says impatiently. We looked at each other,more likely we glared at each other before i averted my eyes away not wanting to waste any more time for a child play.

"What's his problem?" i mumbled rolling my eyes, makes him to look at me raising an eyebrow.

"What?" He asked.

"Nothing pup, I said i will get going, then. See you later." I said giving him a smirk.

"What? Pup?" He asked gritting his teeth. It was my first time i was seeing this boy and i could say he was a human but the thing is that i wasn't used by someone raising their voice infront of me. I can't say it wasn't making me mad.

I walk past him not bother to reply. He was being childish for an accidental bumping.

If he didn't need any help then why i am wasting my time,i was already late. I looked back to see the said boy was taking his book sitting on his knees. I shakes my head clearing all unwanted things including that strange boy.

" You look worried. Is there any problem ? you know you could talk to us" Aaron said when me, Aaron and Jayden was walking to cafeteria.

Aaron was my beta and Jayden was a warrior wolf and no one else know me better than them.

"I noticed it too Olivia . Are you okay?" Jayden asked me worried.

" Nothing,it's just i am worried about finding my mate. There is only one week left for it and i was thinking what if he doesn't like me because I am a she alpha."

"Why are you worrying Olivia? and who is gonna say no to be the mate of future alpha of the Dark Moon pack?. If anyone did that he must be an idiot." Jayden said cheering me up making me smile.

"Absolutely! You are a diamond and who doesn't likes diamonds?. You are pretty,sexy, ho-"" Aaron said nudging my shoulder making the three of us to laugh louder.

" That's enough Aaron. You don't need to boost me." I said cutt off him hearing enough of his boosting.

"Maybe you won't meet your mate right after you turned eighteen. It may take some time". he said after thinking a moment. I sighed and nodded. Actually what he said was true. There is no guarantee to meet our mate right after we turned eighteen.
