Who to dedicate: (It could be you or a fellow anime lover friend)
Reason: (This one in one of the most important part of the form. I want to know your reason. Well it doesn't have to be long, its okay if its only one sentence)
Rank: (Unlike the part 1 of my anime guide, this time I'll be including the rank of the one who requested it. Ex; 5 over 5 stars or 10 over 10 stars :)

That's all the things you need to know. There'll be another request bar in the third chapter in the part of my anime guide so can request there or here. I'll message or reply to your comment if your request is accepted (well I'm sure every request you'll post will be accepted even though there are duplicates)
But I want to warn you that you can't request all of the anime, manga, top tens and other things I put in the PART 1 of the anime guide. But don't worry I'll tell you if its already there and will give you the link ;)
