Summary:
Ten years after the Great Tokyo War, each prefecture in Japan has split up into an independent nation. Each is ruled by a prophet called "Mosa" and an army called "Mob," and they are competing to take over the other countries. Four Mob girls from the Saitama clan, Moritomo Nozomi (Ozawa Ari), Kosaka Yukina (Hidaka Rina), Hibiki Ai (Taneda Risa), and Misono Chiaya (Hanamori Yumiri), are ordered by their Mosa to travel around Japan on their motorcycles to mediate battles between other nations and clans.

Own opinion:
This was not on my radar initially, but after a little research, my interest has been thoroughly piqued. The promos felt like a mixture of Kill la Kill and Kyousogiga, though the actual imagery is far more in the latter camp. I suggest everyone watch the promo video>>>>>, and see if this looks like something you might like. It could be great, it could be bad-we don't know! But it looks good, and there's charm in the animation, so if they can combine that with a solid script, this could be a winner.
