Summary:
Groups of people unwittingly find themselves in a bar called Queen Dekim from time to time, hosted by the polite bartender, Decim (Maeno Tomoaki). Unknown to them, this bar acts as a type of judgement in the afterlife, where bar games such as billiards or darts determine their fate, while also revealing the true side of each participant. These people—unaware they have died together—are sorted in a grand scheme of many bars, each with their own arbiter-bartender, each with a specific purpose. It takes a lot of people to manage an operation like this, such as general manager Nona (Ookubo Rumi), elevator attendant Clavice (Uchiyama Kouki), and the overseer Oculus (Genda Tesshou) making sure that every passing soul is properly exposed and judged before their ultimate fate is delivered. Prepare for a psychological and philosophical ride through the depths of the dead.

Own opinion:
The third anime in my list! This is on my top three. I don’t know maybe I was excited to watch this show because of the trailer? And also with Madhouse behind the wheel, I am confident this’ll turn out to be an excellent anime, providing much needed life for the small yet powerful philosophical genre. I’m sure this will be an interesting show. :3 specially to those who love gory stuff.
