Y/n puts eyeliner on Joseph for his audition
Today was the day that Joseph had to self tape his audition for stranger things and he was struggling to get into the unnamed character's lines he was reading
He got a description of the character and how they would act , but he still didn't feel like he was doing it any justice
He did take after take ; but nothing felt right no matter:how many accents he did , how many breaks he took , who he got to help him nothing worked
He tried for what felt like a million years before he enlisted the help of his long term girlfriend, y/n y/l/n
She had been desperately wanting to put him in makeup for the longest time so with his character being a metal head she managed to persuade him that he needed eyeliner to help him get more into the character
"Please, I swear you won't regret it , its gonna help" his girlfriend begged to put the eyeliner on him
"You'll poke my eye out and blind me " he accused
"I won't I promise , you can do it yourself if you're that worried"
"I don't know how to apply it and i need it to look good for this audition" he gave in
"You won't regret it" she said as she jumped with joy and kissed his cheek
Almost fifteen minutes of constant wriggling and worrying from Joseph both of his eyes now had eyeliner successfully on
"You're not blind yay" she cheered him on
"This better be the best audition I've ever had" he laughed as he got up and moved to the other room where he had set up
No more than thirty five minutes later Joseph emerged from the room with a grin on his face similar to a kid on Christmas
"By the look on you're face I take it it went well?" She quizzed hoping he was being genuine
"Best audition ever"
"I'm sure everyone is going to be swooning over you in eyeliner to even bother watching any of the other auditions anyway" she joked as she took in his new look hoping he would let her put makeup on him more often
