Review: 

I was intrigued by this series since I saw this story trend on Tiktok. So, I decided to give this story a try, and it exceeds my expectation.. I mean, it made me realize how poor our justice system was, the gender and social discrimination here in the Philippines. The sad reality of injustice and  deprivation of rights  against poor people while rich people tend to use their money and fame para baliin ang justice system. I was anticipating what will happen since there's a lot of plot twist and revelations in this series. I must say that  the story  deserve to be recognized by the readers. 

I got mixed emotions when I read the story, especially when it's about how cruel fate for those who has been falsely persecuted. They suffered in jail even though they did not commit any crimes. Hindi lahat ng nakakulong ay masama, sometimes, they are forced to commit such crimes to defend themselves, they  are victims as well. Sobrang unfair di ba? 

The court scenes in the story  piqued my interest, sobrang pinag isipan talaga. I learned a lot about law and ethics. I was amazed by their rebuttals and how they stated their questions with dignity and professionalism. Nakaka hyped. 

The first part was about the guy, Traise, being accused of murdering his father. He just defended himself and his mom. He was sentenced to lifetime imprisonment, but Courtney doesn't want to accept it and decided to reopen the case. Alam nyang di magagawa iyon ng kaibigan and she doesn't want to acknowledge him committing such crimes because she's madly in love with him..

She did everything to prove his innocence, even if it means of sacrificing her reputation as a lawyer and her safety. The revelations about his true identity will definitely shock you. Pati ako nabudol noong una eh. Di ko alam kung sino ang traitor,at  kung sino talaga ang kakampi. I don't understand why the people involved wasn't punished despite the substantial evidences. Medyo nadisappoint lang ako sa nangyari na walang magawa ang biktima para mapakulong ang totoong may kasalanan.

Natatawa ako minsan sa asaran nila eh, yung daughter  of Tamperer, son of Murderer at Daughter of Thief HAHAHAH ewan ko kung seryoso ba talaga sila or ano... Kasi pagdating sa korte, ang professional nilang tignan but after that, mag aasaran na naman sila. Isama mo pa ang kaepalan ni Tyler Scott 

Then yung hot steamy jail scene ni Traise at Courtney, jusko hahaha parang ako talaga nahiya dun eh bakit kasi doon pa sila nag ano hahaha 

Law Series #2 Convict Me, Attorney

Synopsis:

Reviews:

The second part focuses on how Avery managed to overcome her struggles between her friendship and her job. She was known to be the Queen of the court scene, she can unleash the evil side of you with just one glance. She can be mean and proud but she has soft spot for those innocent people. She believes that truth will always prevail. 

She decided to break off her friendship with them and work in a remote place where she can pursue her dream to teach, but  it affects her credibility and performance  as a lawyer. She met Heinz, the guy who sees death, and he warned about her possible death. 

Heinz creeped the hell out of me. He was very suspicious from the beginning, but why other readers find him attractive? Di ko talaga maintindihan. He was behaving like a psychopath, but he still acts like he was a nice guy. There's something about him that signalling RED FLAG especially those times when he behaves suspiciously.. He was an  anti-social, he doesn't want to mingle with other people, and the way he stares and talk giving me chills. 

On the other hand, Tyler Scott finally take the bold move to pursue Avery. Even when she thought she was still the "Son of the fuckboy", he still respects and appreciates her. He just wanted to be heard and to get noticed by Avery. 

My heart bled for Tyler when he tried to save Avery. Then it revealed the identity of the murderer I knew it! Alam ko na siya ang gumagawa ng murder spree, and  for the last time, he took someone's life. Someone who's important to Avery. SUPER NAKAKAIYAKKKK

I can't control my emotions while reading that scene. When she's holding someone who's about to die, he confessed how much he loves Avery, and if he was given a second chance to leave, he'll definitely do the same thing for the girl that he ever loved.

Law Series 3: Kill Me Attorney

Plot:

Law Series 3: If I won't have you then might as well kill me, attorney."

Review:

Neska is a free spirited woman who had an  unrequited crush for Andrius. They were accidentally got framed up in a drug related operation and that leads them to be assigned in a remote area. She doesn't have choice since she was with her ulitimate crush. 

I was torn between Andrius and Casper. Ewan ko pareho kasi silang pogi sa paningin ko.. I mean Casper is her childhood friend but  he was secretly in love with her while Andrius decided to give their relationship a chance. Since then, Andrius became gentle with her, unlike before, he would always give her time and attention. 

I liked it when Neska confronted Casper, telling hin that he was just a friend for her. That was heart breaking but Casper needs to know the truth. He deserved someone better than her. Nahihinayang din ako sa friendship nilang dalawa. 

Di ko alam but there's something fishy about Andrius or maybe he can't cope up with his anger issues. Sometimes, he tends to be emotional too especially when it's about Neska. 

Nakakapangilabot noong nalaman na maaring buhay pa si Heinz and that news made Avery tremble with fear. Her traumatic past still haunting her even in her sleep. 

The scene was so intense that it made me ask why they have to suffer and why they have to die that way.  

Nakakapagod  ng umiyak  jusko. Please lang, magbaon kayo ng tissue pag binasa nyo to.
