The story is relatable at maraming makukuhang aral. It entails the struggles of a battered wife sa kamay ng kanyang malupit na asawa at sa mistress nito. Filipino viewers most likely, to watch teleseryes about infidelity, which capture their interest and their perspectives about morality.
Too much drama ang peg ng kwento dahil ang paghihirap agad ng protagonist ang nasaksihan sa first chapter pa lang ng story, kung saan inilahad ang pagbabago ng ugali ng asawa nito after one year of marriage. At ang paglabas ng mistress nito, the main antagonist in the story.
On the other hand, may thrill na yun scene nang dumating ang araw ng kanyang fierce comeback. Nagiging matapang at wala na siyang kinatatakutan na asawa. At handa ng maningil sa lahat ng taong nagkasala sa kanya. Buti nalang nahanap nya ang pagmamahal na matagal na niyang inaasam. Sabi nga nga nila, 'Karma is a b-tch. What goes around comes around.' Heartbreaking scene yung last part, kasi ilang dekada pa lumipas bago sila nagkatuluyan.
