                    The next morning after breakfast Kat summoned Phalen to her office. Instead of knocking Phalen just walked right in. Once inside the office they sat down. After they were seated Kat began, "Phalen I called you here because, I've got an idea and I'd like your thoughts on it." Kat paused temporarily then continued, "I'd like to start a group that's similar to like a black ops group. I want you to be the leader of it. I also want to be supportive of your marijuana smoking. Basically I want to make it a drug cartel and have you be the drug lord to it. I would set up a specialized area or areas for the production of the drugs that would be getting sold. You would be able to pick who is in it and what the name is. What do you say?" Just then Phoenix entered the office and sat beside Phalen.

                  Phalen sat silently thinking about how she wanted to respond to Kat's idea and offer. After about 15 mins of pure silence Phalen finally answered, "With all due respect Kat isn't it illegal to sell drugs? Why would you want a drug cartel among the light fae? I hope you realize that many different types of drugs would be getting sold. That it could get real violent and bloody really rapidly. This could endanger all of us. Are you really sure you want a drug cartel among the light fae?" Kat smiled at Phalen and said, "I understand your concerns but, think of it this way. If you accept the dark fae won't expect it from us. Therefore we may be able to while the cartel is out on the streets selling get clues and leads from buyers to finding Michelle. You and your cartel would be able to act kinda like double agents and carry a firearm on you daily. This also would take Baine by surprise. What do you say Phalen?"

                    Phalen looked between both Kat and Phoenix then sighed. Phalen then said, "OK Kat I'll do it. Phoenix are you ok with this? Before you answer let me finish. One main thing though, if I need to do whatever it takes to keep everyone safe as well as our products then I expect your complete support and permission to do so. Am I clear?" Kat and Phoenix nodded yes in agreement to what Phalen had asked and stated.

                   Both Kat and Phoenix smiled at Phalen then replied, "You have our word." Silence again fell over the room. Then Phalen spoke, "The Cartel is going to be named the StarFyre Assassins. My squad is to be the main start of the cartel. I need a place to grow and produce my products. I'll also need a clubhouse for all business operations. My second in command will be Orion. Do I make myself clear." Phoenix and Kat again nodded in agreement. After the agreement had been reached Kat said, "Phalen I will have the best damn gunsmith come and hook everyone up with the best of the best customized guns. I'll also have him upgrade your gun you already own. I'll get him here today. Oh, one more thing, thank you Phalen. Dismissed."

                  With that Phalen exited the office. Once she left the office she gathered her squad together, including Sassy and explained everything to them. When she finished explaining everything Orion spoke, "Hey sis, you do realize we may have to hurt and kill people without remorse or hesitation right? We could also find ourselves in a turf war at some point. That means anyone of us could be killed or seriously injured." She shook her head yes to understanding what Orion was saying.

                Once the brief meeting was complete the entire StarFyre Assassins Cartel was requested to Kat's office. As soon as they entered the office the gun smith was present. After the door was shut the gunsmith went straight to work. His name was Atlas. Once all the customized guns were made he shook all their hands and bid them good day. Throughout the process of the guns being made, Kat had gotten all legal matters taken care of and the StarFyre Assassins Cartel was born. Two months later the very first batch of Marijuana and other drugs were ready to be harvested, and sold.

                After all was harvested and packaged Orion and Phalen hit the streets to sell. Phalen and Orion were wearing blue tank tops with black leather jackets and camos with an assassin like twist to their outfits. Their jackets covered their guns on their sides. While they were out Sassy and Kat were setting up two different clubhouses for operations of the Cartel. One clubhouse was going to be underneath The Orchid Inn and the second was going to be in the bowels of The Wild Orchid headquarters. Both clubhouses were being done behind Phalen's back by Kat, Kelcey, Phoenix, Sassy, and Gabby. Kat was having them being built and done as a surprise for Phalen. She was a new drug lord after all.
