The next morning Louis is a little shaken, but he tries to push it all aside as he gets ready for his big game. There's a few scouts coming today so he wants to be at his best. He will be with Noah and the team anyway, his dad wouldn't dare show up, especially knowing the police turned up last night.
Noah picks Louis up and they head to the fields Harry and Scott already messaged 3 times this morning, making sure he's okay. They tell Louis they should be there to pick him up by the end of the game and he's so thankful.
When they get to the field Louis puts his game face on and focuses on having the best game he's had. He really wants to impress these scouts and he tries not to think about his dad or Robbie.
Robbie leaves him alone, he's trying to impress the scouts too and although Robbie doesn't do Louis any favours, he isn't a dick and doesn't outwardly try to bring Louis down which Louis is so thankful for.
He plays great, and they end up winning the game, Louis feels elated, he's so proud of himself. He played so well, he's just upset the boys weren't there to see him.
Coach congratulates them all and he takes Louis and Robbie over to be introduced to the scouts. Louis is nervous but they are really nice and compliment them both on the great game.
By the time Louis is showered and changed into his black sweats and green adidas hoodie, he's still smiling. Noah and Louis walk out to the carpark together, Louis expecting to see Harry and Scott waiting for him.
"Sorry I can't take you home Lou" Noah apologises for the tenth time
"Don't be Noah, you do more than enough for me, besides, Harry and Scott said they would be here" Louis smiles
They make it to the carpark and most of the team has gone, there's another game being played on the field but there's no one really around the carpark. Louis says goodbye to Noah, they hug and Louis watches Noah leave.
He looks around for Harry and Scott's car but can't find it. He's a little nervous but tries to shake himself out of being scared. It's daylight and there's plenty of people on the field, Harry and Scott shouldn't be to far away.
Louis doesn't have his phone anymore, after his dad smashed it. The boys said they would get him a new one tomorrow when they get off work but he has no way of calling Scott or Harry to see where they are.
He contemplates walking home or to the bus but the boys told him to absolutely not leave the field. He decides to wait another ten minutes and hopefully Harry and Scott would have shown up.
Harry and Scott turn up to the fields, 15 minutes after Louis game should have ended, there was traffic on the way but they supposed Louis would need to debrief and shower after the game anyway.
When they pull in they don't see Louis, but they don't panic yet, thinking he still might be in the change room. After a few minutes though, the boys begin to worry.
"Where is he Harry?" Scott asks
"Let's go check the fields" Harry says
He and Scott get out of the car, still in their navy work scrubs and go towards the fields. They don't see any sign of Louis or the team or coach. They do see Robbie though, with his friends and they decide to approach him
"You're friends with Louis brothers aren't you" Robbie says as they approach
"We are, have you seen Louis at all?" Harry asks trying to be nice
"No? He left with Noah a while ago, after the game, last time I saw them they walked to the carpark" Robbie says
The boys relax a little, thinking Louis maybe got a lift home with Noah.
"Okay, thanks" Scott says before they are leaving
Harry takes his phone out and dials Noah's number, he picks up on the last ring
"Hello?" Noah says
"Hi Noah, it's Harry, how are you?" Harry says
"Good thanks, how are you?" Noah asks
"We're okay, listen, is Louis with you?" Harry asks nervously, hoping he says yes.
"No.....I couldn't give him a lift, we said goodbye in the carpark, he said you were getting him?" Noah says worriedly
"No yeah, we are, but he's not here" Harry says
"What? But...I only left him about 10 minutes ago" Noah says
"Okay, hopefully he's around somewhere, thanks Noah" Harry says
"Call me when you find him?" Noah asks
"Absolutely" Harry says and he hangs up.
"Maybe he walked home?" Scott says
"We told him not too, he wouldn't would be?" Harry says
"I don't know, let's call Charlie and Joey, I don't want to wait to find out" Scott says
Harry nods and he dials Charlie and Joey, they make it to the fields in record time. It's when they find Louis bag at the edge of the Carpark that they begin to panic. A manhunt is then on for Troy and an amber alert is put out for Louis. The next twelve hours is absolute hell for the boys and it's like Louis has disappeared into thin air.
It takes Louis a good five seconds to realise what's happening, the hand over his mouth, being lifted up into the air and dragged to the woods at the edge of the carpark, dropping his bag, being completely restrained, struggling.
"Stop struggling or I will put a bullet on your head, right here" Troy says evilly into Louis ear
Louis is absolutely terrified, his dad finally got him, he's going to kill him and Louis is so scared.
Louis and Troy then see Scott and Harry enter the carpark, park the car and then exit their car, Louis sees them looking for him, but he's hidden by the trees and he can't move, Troy has him so tightly
"Don't you fucking move or I will shoot them both, am I clear, don't you fucking move" Troy says and Louis wants to cry as Troy pulls him harshly against him, he can't breathe under his hand.
Louis watches as Scott and Harry panic and make their way to the fields. Troy uses that as his chance to move. Louis struggles as best he can but Troy is strong and he moves them through the trees for god knows how long, until they eventually come to a wooden cabin in the middle of the Forrest. Troy has been hiding out here for 6 months. He shoves Louis inside and Louis is so scared. Troy is seriously going to kill him.
The place is clean, it has a fireplace and a single bed in the corner, a fridge and a small laundry and kitchen. In the corner is a single lounge chair and a tv, Louis wonders how the tv even gets service out here.
Louis hardly gets time to take the place in, before his dad is laying into him.
"God I've missed this" Troy says evilly as he shoves Louis against the wall and abuses him, Louis shoulder is once again dislocated and his screams of pain are shrilling. It just eggs Troy on and he continues his assault on Louis
Louis does his best to disconnect, he tries to think of Harry and Scott, of his brothers and he does, until his body is so done and he passes out.
