Dilara's POV:
We landed in California a couple hours ago. All of us are jet lagged and just want to go to bed.

We walk into the house, and a bunch of bodyguards bring in our suitcases.

Before the flight they went to collect them from the hotel.

Adriano hasn't really spoken to me during the flight because he's just been with Vittoria.

I don't like the looks she's been giving me.

'I'm going to pick up Mimi,' Alessandro says.

'I'll go with you,' I say.

Adriano doesn't even look at me before I leave.

Alessandro drives us to Mimi's aunts house which is like an hour away.

We finally get there and I knock on the door.

'Dilara!' Her aunt says.

'Hey aunt Jennifer,' I say smiling before she pulls me into a tight hug.

'Who's this?' She asks, looking at Alessandro.

'Mimi's boyfriend,' I reply.

'Come in, Mimi's just upstairs.' She says.

We walk in and she calls Mimi to come down. Dynamite runs to my feet and I pick him up.

He barks and licks my face.

'Hey boy,' I say. 'I missed you.'

He licks my face even more.

'Dilara!' Mimi exclaims.

'Mimi!' I reply.

She runs and hugs me.

'I've missed you,' she says.

'Same,' I reply.

'What about me?' Alessandro asks.

'Let Dilara have her moment.' Mimi rolls her eyes.

Aunt Jennifer laughs.

'Did I miss anything?' She asks.

'Yeah,' I reply. 'Adriano's back from the dead.'

'You're joking,' she laughs dryly.

I shake my head.

'What the fuck,' she mutters.

'Yeah, let's just get back home and everything will be explained.' I reply.

We thank aunt Jennifer and leave. Alessandro drives us back to the mansion.

We walk into the living room where everyone's sitting and Mimi's face drops.

'Fucking hell, you're really alive.' She says. 'How?'

'It's a long story.' He replies.

That's the only answer he gives us.

'Never trust a survivor until you know what they did to stay alive'
-D.D

I need to call that number I found.

'You conned me into thinking you were dead for at least 7 weeks,' I reply. 'I have time.'

Adriano finally looks up at me and smirks, shaking his head.

His phone rings and he instantly walks out and answers it.

Everyone's silent.
