Adriano grabs my arm and pulls me closer to him.
'Dilara listen to me, I don't care what happens between you and Christianto because I trust you.' He says.
I look up at him.
'I need to talk to you about something more important.' He says.
'Get your hand off me.' I snarl. 'I have somewhere to be.'
His grip doesn't budge but he pulls me closer, our faces mere inches apart.
'Ok if you won't listen to what I have to say, can you at least come to Belissime tonight?' He asks.
'Why?' I ask.
'Because we're celebrating.' He replies.
Oh yeah, Alessandro told me it's probably for their engagement.
'Fine,' I sigh. 'Now get out.'
'Thank you so much.' He says. 'See you later.'
He opens my front door and leaves.
I wait for a while before walking to Starbucks, and finding Christianto parked and waiting for me.
'Do you need to blindfold me?' I ask.
'Boss said it's fine, since you already know everything.' He shrugs.
'What does he want?' I ask.
'My only orders were to bring you to him,' he says. 'Boss didn't say anything else.'
*************
'Come with me this way,' Dominco says, walking down a corridor.Everyone is this mafia place has been giving me weird stares, earning glares from both Dominco and Christianto. They all know that I was with Adriano.
'Where are you taking me?' I ask.
'You'll see.' He replies.
We turn around a corner and walk into a beautiful room.
There's a huge bed in the middle with a big tv in-front of it. An oak wardrobe looms over me and there's a door which connects to the bathroom.
'This used to be your mothers room,' Dominco says, crossing his arms over his stomach. 'Before she ran away that is.'
'It's beautiful.' I breathe.
I walk to the doors, leading to the balcony. There's a swinging chair there decorated with fairy lights and little pink cushions.
If I was living like this, I'd never want to leave.
'If you choose to join us, this will also be your room.' He says.
'It's comes with air conditioning,' Christianto adds from behind Dominico. 'And also, this...'
He opens up the wardrobe and I notice that it's a walk in wardrobe, just like the one I had at Adriano's.
It's racked from head to toe in beautiful gowns and heels of every colour, shape and design.
Ball gowns, fitted, short, long.
My SHEIN dresses can't even begin to compare to them.
'These should be able to fit you,' Dominco says. 'And if not, we can just get them tailored.'
These are all so gorgeous.
'Have you made your decision yet?' Dominco asks.
I turn to look at him.
'I think I just need a little bit more time.' I reply.
'Everyone's going to be waiting for you.' He says. 'I hope you choose wisely.'
