Event #9: Return To Home

This request is from _Lupus04, with the story involving Alex and Bronya making a trip back to Siberia and paying a visit to Cocolia's Orphanage.

"Christ. After all this time it's still freezing."

"This is just how home is Subject Alex."

After requesting a flight from St. Freya to Siberia, Alex and Bronya trekked along a snowy path as the two were currently making their way back to a place they hadn't been to in a very long time.

That place being non other Cocolia's Orphanage.

Initially, it was only Bronya who was gonna head on over and visit as Alex at first didn't really wanna go due to his falling out with Cocolia, however after being convinced by Bronya to go for her sake and to see the others, Alex finally agreed to come along.

So after the flight, the two had gotten off and spent the past could of minutes heading their way to the Orphanage.

Eventually after nearly an hour, the two finally arrived as they saw a moderately sized wooden house with a sign in front of the building which read, "Коколия приют", aka Cocolia's Orphanage.

"Well, here we are. How long as it been since we were last here?" Asked Alex.

"It's been three years for the Bronya. What about Subject Alex?" She asked.

"It's been four years for me." He said.

The two stood outside the entrance for a bit, just fully taking in the fact that this is the first time either of them had been here in nearly half a decade.

Once it had finally set in, they walked in through the doors, being greeted by a sense of minor nostalgia.

They looked around and saw a worker at the front desk which they approached.

It took a moment but once the worker there noticed the two, she immediately sprang up out of her seat from shock.

"A-Alex!? Bronya!? O-Oh my gosh it's been so long since you two were last here! U-Um, why exactly are you two here?" She asked.

"The Bronya and Subject Alex felt like back for a visit. Isn't that right?" Asked Bronya, as she turned towards Alex with a small, but still smug smile.

The boy looked at her with an annoyed look as he just sighed and nodded in agreement.

The desk worker smiled as she sat back down.

"That's good to hear. Now then, I believe you two are here to see the kids? If so, then I believe they're currently in the living room since their lunch just ended not too long ago." She said.

Bronya thanked her as she and Alex made their way over to the Orphanage's living room, as they walked down a lengthy hallway.

Eventually, they had arrived at the living room as they saw the kids playing around with toys or sitting on the couch watching television.

Bronya cleared her throat to get all the kids' attention as once they had noticed the two standing there, they all immediately sprang up and surrounded the two as they were all surprised and extremely ecstatic to see the two.

With all the commotion that was going on, this caused footsteps to be heard from a distance as out from the corner came out Cocolia herself.

"What's going on her-. Oh...................it's you two." She said once she saw Alex and Bronya.
