Twas was another ordinary night at the St. Freya Dorms as Alex was currently minding his own business on the living room couch as he watched and scrolled through whatever was on TV.
As that was going on, he heard all the girls chatting amongst themselves at the dining room table about something but Alex wasn't really listening in so he had no clue.
Eventually their conversation was over as the girls went up to their rooms as curfew had hit.
Alex would watch TV for a few more minutes until he turned it off, sitting up from the couch and stretching for a bit.
As he was about to turn and head up the stairs to sleep, he saw Himeko walk down the stairs as she approached him.
"Hey kid. Got a sec?" She asked.
"Yeah. Was just about to sleep. What's up?" He asked.
"Got any plans tommorow?"
"No not really. Probably might just laze around here or kill some time at the city like usual. Why ask?"
"Well, tommorow is St. Freya's annual cultural festival and I was wondering if you'd like to come as a guest and try out some attractions. It'll be available for students and the public so It'll be pretty packed."
"Hmm. Sounds interesting. What kind of stuff will be there?"
"Well some food stands, games, and displays. All the classes are doing a different theme so It'll be worth it."
"I see. The girls are in your class right? What kind of thing will they be doing?"
Despite asking that question, Alex was met with a chuckle from Himeko.
"That'll be a secret you'll have to find out tommorow." She said in a teasing tone as the boy just sighed.
"Totally not concerning." He sarcastically said before getting back on topic. "Anyways, I'll go. Is there a time?"
"Nope. It'll be going all day. Obviously don't come super early though."
"Got it. I'll be there."
"Sweet. Night kid."
"Night."
The conversation would end there as Alex went up the stairs and entered Bronya's room, quietly setting down some blankets on the floor as to not wake her up as he laid down and went to sleep himself.
[The Next Day]
Alex has woken up fairly early in the day so he opted to wait and stay at the dormitory for a few more hours before he'd head out.
As the time was approaching noon, he went over to his luggage and decided that since today was a festival that he'd dress up a little nicely for the occasion as he picked out a different outfit and put it on.
