Event #33: Relief(Fu Hua🍋)

Here we are with the conclusion of Week 4 of the seggs fest marathon extravaganza.

To conclude this set of lemons, the wheel fallen on none other than the class monitor and well respected bird, Fu Hua.

Now to give a brief hot take, I personally don't really see all the hype around Hua and honestly find her kind of mid but worry not.

My opinion on her did not affect the outcome and I know some people have been eagerly anticipating Hua's turn.

Anyways without further ado, let's get into the 8th installment of the seggs fest extravaganza marathon!

Today was yet again another by the books/ordinary day within the walls of St. Freya High as the school day was coming to an end.

Currently, Alex was already on his way back to the dormitory before the final bell rang as he wanted to beat the rush of students heading towards the entry doors since it'd always get crowded there everytime school ended.

As he walked along the path to exit school grounds, he heard the sounds of grunts off in the distance from where the outdoor training arena was as Alex looked off in that direction and saw Fu Hua training on her own, wearing a headset over her eyes which was probably a simulation run of enemies if Alex had to guess.

Deciding to stop by and pay a visit, he'd walk to the arena and stood by the entry tunnel to the fighting grounds as he simply watched and let the material artist finish her training in peace.

After a while, Hua had seemingly wrapped up her session as she ceased her punches and kicks before removing the headset and having a deep sigh.

"Hey. You look as efficient as ever." Said Alex in a slightly sarcastic tone, approaching her as Fu Hua waved at him.

"I'm just making sure that my combat remains at the top of it's game. Anyways, what're you doing here Alex?" She asked.

"I decided to head back to the dormitory early before school ended to beat the traffic of students at the front gate. As I was walking, I heard and then saw you here so I figured that I'd come and say hi." Said the boy.

"Well that's quite thoughtful of you. I appreciate it." Said Hua, taking a quick bow to thank him though as she bent over, Alex noticed her wince a bit.

"You okay?"

"I'm alright no need to worry. I just feel really sore." She said.

"Was this the only form of training you've done today?"

"No. This morning before everyone woke up I went on my routine jog for an hour. This afternoon when I was done with all my classes, he went over to the training room to practice against punching bags, and obviously just now you saw me partake in a simulation combat run. I was pretty busy to say the least."

'That's the literal understatement of the century. Gotta admit, I respect the hustle at least.' Thought Alex as he was really impressed with Fu Hua's high work ethic.

The boy began to ponder on if there was anything he could do to help her out until he came up with an idea.

"Why don't you let me help you out and take care of that soreness?" He asked.

"Hm? N-No it's fine, really. You don't have to concern yourself with this."

"Come on it's no big deal. I don't mind."
