Harry Potter/Era Damon White**
Harry returned to the bathroom, watching himself leave, then himself appear, and then he stepped out into the open. He quickly gave himself a reassuring expression, remembering the dread that was a tight knot in his throat at that moment.
"Hey, I know that you feel you need to go back to be with them, but I've got you covered. I know you aren't feeling ready to see them just yet, so I came up the idea to go to the Chamber of Secrets and do what we promised. Go on, I'm going out to our mates," he said, remembering to use the exact wording of before.
Harry was shocked by how openly his relief was displayed, and nearly as much by the force in his embrace. He was a little breathless, and only watched as his past self disappeared, not making another sound. Looking down at himself, he realized in horror that he'd forgotten to get something to eat, as well as deliver the books to Salazar.
Quickly, he remedied the second of these problems first. The books were easy enough to send, all tucked up neat in their box, to the private study where Salazar's portrait resided. The second, well, could he even redo the effects in whatever time he had left?
There surely would still be food in the kitchens left over from dinner, right? Imagining the food in the kitchen, he summoned the most calorically dense foods he could find. Candies, milkshakes, corned beef, nuts, coconut cream, salad dressings, and a host of other things appeared.
Harry looked at them distastefully. He'd much rather gain the weight through more healthful options. He instead summoned a never-empty goblet from the Great Hall, and willed it full of ensure plus, a nutrition drink that muggles made that would be more balanced than, say, melted ice cream.
Then, he spelled the contents into his stomach, which just continually filled, as the goblet could never empty. Then, he spelled his body to digest it faster, and the natural waste, instead of coming out the normal way, which would be pretty disgusting, he spelled to simply disappear.
It was not as fast as he would have liked it to be. Certainly, it would take at least half an hour, even at as an extreme rate as he was going. He did not want his mates thinking he'd been in the bathroom for that long.
With a sigh, he told himself that he was going to be lying anyways, and Harry transformed himself into what he wished to look like, keeping the image static, so that even as he filled out, he'd appear to just be the same as before.
The trick, he supposed, would be trying to prevent his mates from touching him, as he didn't believe in the glamour enough for his flesh to actually fill out properly. Harry exited the bathroom, only two and a half minutes after officially entering it.
As Lucius came over to him, likely for a hug, Harry stopped him with a question, "Lucius, Love, do you think that since you're already here, you'd be able to talk with Draco about the divorce now?"
Lucius stood frozen for a moment, a complex expression on his face, "Tell Draco. . . about the divorce. About Narcissa's imprisonment. . ." the complex expression gradually eased into a smile, the corners of his mouth tilting up.
He went from mysterious to radiant in a moment, his entire self, body language, expression, and voice, all shining like stars on a clear night, like he was a single, perfect drop of water glimmering on a spider's web. Beautiful.
"I'm free! I really am free, of course I have to tell Draco right away! He'll be so happy! At least, I think he will," a little bit of Lucius's sunniness faded at that, but Harry was quick to add in his next item.
"Do you think," he hesitated, nervous, "Do you think he could meet me? I mean, meet Era? As your mate? Would you be willing to do that? Or is it too soon?"
