**Era Damon White

He'd spent an entire day getting to know the Ineas and telling them a lot about the property, giving ideas for jobs and schools, and even providing a few job positions. Surprisingly, it was easy to get everyone settled in, and he knew he should go and try to get some work done now. His carefully planned scheme had a lot of work still to be done, and Era constantly was finding himself surprised at how little of his plotting was really applicable to far.

Dealing with the immediate next steps as they came for a while seemed his best course of action, as he was as of yet woefully unprepared for the repercussions caused by his plans. A vivid and present example being how he'd been knocked unconscious and remained so for more than two days, and how he continued to collect odd magically originating marks like the three drops, the black spiderwebbing lines on his fingers, and the rune marks decorating his wrists.

Tonight, as he'd confirmed to twelve Ineas that he'd provide them jobs relating to his still unestablished nightclub, he intended to fix at least the front shop. It was going to be the cover, and the older witch and wizard planned to run it.

The older couple, for they had turned out to be a couple, called themselves Edelyn and Asteroff Prince. After a good conversation, he discovered that they wished to turn the shop into a personalized wand holster shop, that also did small wood engravings on other items. Era had liked it, because a store of that kind was sure not to attract a great many accidental customers, but it was something that didn't have to do with the Dark Arts, which should keep the liar's old judgy nose out of it.

The other ten who wanted him to provide them with jobs relating to the club consisted of three vampires, three dark elves, one light elf, a half-nymph quarter-fairy quarter-siren, an earth spirit, and last was a mela. A mela is a shapeshifter, who, in their natural form, appear halfway between human and dragon. Their figures are vaguely humanoid, but they have the features of a dragon, scaled skin, a short snout, horns, membranous wings, six digited taloned hands and feet, a tail, and a sleek, angular overall profile.

With the need to provide them with jobs now very real, he knew he ought to set up shop and start attracting customers. Era had already assigned the light elf to ordering regular shipments of alcohol, food supplies, and a bunch of other stuff they'd need to keep the club running smoothly once it was properly in existence. Era didn't consider himself particularly savvy with paperwork of that sort, and didn't like doing it either, so it was nice to foist it onto Jerin.

He was currently at his shop's property, accompanied by the mela in human form and the three vampires. All four appeared human, so the strangest thing about their little group was that they were getting their renovations done at nearly one o'clock in the morning. Their species' classification would cause no trouble there.

The five of them were going to fix the shop the normal wizarding way, which was easier and faster than that of the muggles, and would not draw the same attention as his preferred mode of renovation.

Era didn't really want to be a wizard who stood out in the wizarding society, at least not openly, or Dumbledore just might try and recruit him over to his side. If the old bastard came and tried to read his mind as he did with every person he met, he'd find out how powerful Era's occlumency shields were.

In his mind, there were simply too many secrets for him to ever allow the old bastard even a small glimpse into it. If the man found out who Era was, or worse, what Era could do, terrible things would happen. The old man might learn from him and become an even more powerful person on the light's side.

He knew from memories absorbed as a baby that Dumbledore's legilimency was powerful enough that, if he put all his effort into it, he could get into even the Dark one's mind. So, Era being able to resist would most certainly get him put under the liar's constant supervision and scrutiny, which he didn't think he could handle at the same time as running a dark refuge nightclub.
