4: Pretty Pervert.

3rd POV

Ryujin hesitantly agreed with her friend's offer that night. After all, she needs to earn some more money so she get to continue living in the world where almost everything has a price.

They were set to meet a week after that talk since Beomgyu told her that he still needs to discuss few more things to his people and get their ideas and opinions so the whiskered's work will be set.

And seems like those people were fine with the idea and so Ryujin's job will be the next topic for the talk. She may not be named by her friend, like what she requested, but having Beomgyu's description on her talents and skills, everyone approved to let her sign a contract.

Maybe it's quite normal for an artist to hide their real name and sometimes, whole identity to other's but not when they actually need to meet their client and be at the workplace and in her case for this project, she'll work at a different floor level so it's not really necessary for the others to know her.

While she waited for her first visit at where she'll work, she spent her days looking around the city, hopefully finding a certain brunette she's been looking for the past couple of years.

But to her dismay, she felt like it's not their time to meet again, yet.

This time, she came back to her friend's home disappointed. Chaeryeong tried to cheer her up and Ryujin tried to look fine in front of the other but she failed and looked more hopeless. But as they say, another day, another chance and so the whiskered slept that night dreaming about the person she loves.

And maybe... Her first day at work tomorrow will be more special than expected.

The day come and here she was, tying her short hair in half as she look at her reflection on the mirror, she's pretty... As always.

With some of her needed material placed inside her case, she went on her way to Beomgyu's office to welcome her officially in the work.

She feels excited to meet her friend again after a while so although she didn't felt like working these days, it came from someone she treasured her friendship with and even though it's not been that long since they met, that's another reason why she accepted the offer without further explanation with her salary, working hours and more about the job. A part of her just wanted to help out her great friend.

She was told to go to the highest floor of the building where Beomgyu's office was located and she felt weird as soon as she step her feet inside the lobby. Her eyes was scanning the area and like she's about to meet someone anytime.

But she went straight to the elevator and waited to reached the top floor. When she arrived, it surely smells expensive just by looking at the welcoming painting and vases displaced on the way to the boss' office door.

Then a woman came to her wearing a smile, asking for any appointment and her name. After knowing who she was and what she came here for, the woman or the secretary directed her inside the office where Beomgyu was busy with turning pages of a thick layer of papers.

Feeling a presence other than himself inside his office, he raised his head to look at this someone and as soon as they met eyes, a serious face was quickly painted with a smile and he stand up to approach the whiskered, giving her a welcoming tight hug.

"It's been a while" he patted her back while those smiles seems not to leave so soon. "You've gone prettier" he followed.

"How have you been?.. You're pretty too" she stated that made the other chuckle.

Then they broke the hug and walk their way to take a seat. "What do I expect when you said you're just sneaking to attend our class back then. Look at yourself now... Managing such a huge company" she sounded so proud as he gave him a compliment while taking a seat.
