I made changes to the AU so it makes a bit more sense.
Also, I'm planning on making a separate book for this AU, because I wanted it to be a story and not just random fanfic using the AU whenever I want. So I'll do that eventually.
I feel bad for Shino. Just, in general. He has a sad past and he doesn't even remember half of it. His dad is dead, his mom might be his worst fear, or she's also dead and Ghostwhisper is just some random woman who likes to ruin Shino's life. And the closest thing he had to a dad after his real dad died, ALSO DIED. R.I.P Database. And the one thing he posted on twitter about Christmas, was just depressing.
"Christmas, a wonderful time of year....yeah....wish I could agree with that."
I don't know whether he just hates Christmas, doesn't like it because he doesn't have a family to celebrate it with, or it just brings up bad memories. Either way, Shino's life seems miserable. Monarch Academy seemed to help though. Just focus on all the wholesome and fun stuff that happened instead of all the dark things.
