I did some stuff in the sims 4 as promised. So here's what Shino's warehouse roughly looks like.

Obviously, it isn't this nice. A lot of the stuff is old and worn and the lights are often dim. The space is pretty empty aside from those 3 places. I have so much cc installed on this game that I'm always looking for some way to use it all. I can't help it-
So here's another picture as reference. This one is a lot more accurate to what it really is but come on. Sims 4 cc is life. The only image that should really be taken for reference is the loft bedroom.
