He knew many paths
He guided the people
He was quick wittedHe was a leader
He was strong
He shone like a bright starHe conquered kingdoms
His rule was steady fastBut living day to day
It went to his head
Lovers to the left and the rightHe on a pedestal being the one
But then
Like most starsHe fell
His riches and victory of yesterday pastQuick and blazing
Lighting the nighttime sky
This is what they forget to mention
Stars won't last
All light shall creased to beAnd to be a hero is dependent
He fell to flesh
Skin turn to bones and blood
Infallible he was not to beBut his downgrade was still a thing of beauty
He a shooting star; could not denyAnd He will still cause great damage once he lands
A big impact
News and talk of his fall will roam
And then it too shall fade like a distant dream or maybe more like a forgotten memory
Either way life cycles though as always
And the pattern repeats with anotherNo one heeds the hero stories and his wisdom
Not until it's too lateHis descends was only a matter of time
And the people forgot all his great featsShame came into his heart
And so he hid
And
Time went onHe blended in with the people
Keeping his identity a secret.
But the question is what that I can't help but wonder, can a fallen hero ever come on top once more?
Will he be able to prove himself again?
Surely even he needs forgiveness.
But will it be enough to open his heart? Can his fate change?
I for one do believe so
And so I wait
Until he rises upAnd proves us-the people wrong.
Since his fall he has nowhere else to go but up.
And until he remembers that. I will continue to seek and praise our fallen hero.
Because everyone falls, not his fault that the people forgot.
So yeah our hero fell but I have faith he will come back and shows us the guide and paths once more.
Because the death of a stars bring a chance for new life to emerge.
And our hero will no longer stand alone!
And he will shine more brightly then before!
