Madam Pomfrey was always one about personal space, especially since she now knows about my. . .furry problem. She puts curtains around my bed so that if anyone else comes trotting into the Hospital Wing, then they don't start asking questions about why I am injured.

Is usually only me here, anyway. You'd be surprised how much time off Madam Pomfrey gets to do whatever she wants. Unless there is a big event, like the Tri-Wizard Tournament just around the corner. She's been making sure she has enough supplies and the right things all week now, wanting enough for our school along with he other two that are competing. Just because we are rivals to them, doesn't mean that we can't aid them in their time of need.

Also because I'm pretty sure it's part of the rules of the Tournament.

Slowly rising from the bed, I winced a little in the pain that I still felt in my left leg. It seems the bones in there haven't completely reconnected yet. My black cloak had fallen onto the stone cold ground, I usually kept it in my leather bag but it's always out and covering me whenever I wake up here in the Hospital Wing. At least the person that accompanies me on full moons has the decency to do so.

My toes touched the ground, instantly pulling back up when I had felt how cold the ground was. It was always this cold in the mornings, but I never got used to it. I hate my feet being cold, because then they start to freeze and when they freeze I can't feel them, which results in me not being able to walk. It's just a whole thing for me when the floor I'm walking on is cold. Instead, I used my black cloak and stood on that.

I had new and folded clothes on the side table, which I had quickly as possible got dressed into. I'm pretty sure I heard a bone crack while doing so, my left leg giving out a little from under me. Thankfully, I had sat down on the side of the bed a little before I had fallen over.

''Ah, good. You're awake.'' Madam Pomfrey greeted, opening the curtain that surrounded my bed. I was fully dressed, just now tying my shoelaces. ''Today is the day.'' She spoke.

''What day? Is it Monday?'' I questioned, tying my other shoe. ''I dread Monday's, always so dreary and time-consuming.'' As I finished tying the other shoe, Madam Pomfrey took the black cloak from the floor and folded it, putting it nicely into my leather bag.

''No, it's not Monday. Thank Merlin for that.'' Madam Pomfrey agreed, laughing a bit. ''It's Thursday, the day that the contestants of the Tournament will be chosen.'' She informed, clipping the bag shut and handing it to me.
