''𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝘁.''

The Ministry. A place where the records are kept for every witch and wizard. The use of their wands and who is doing underage magic. Holders of magical creatures that go on a rampage and that need more study. They also hold information on the Muggles, always keeping an eye on the rumors that spread from ear to ear.

In the room, Theodore Nott sits in a chair. A lonely chair in front of the desk in the Courtroom. He hasn't tried to escape or run away. Instead, he sat with his hands encased in one another, head hung towards the floor.

Sitting at the topmost seat is the new Minster of Magic. Hermione Granger.

Also in the room was the newfound Aurors, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.

Sitting around them was the rest of the council.

''You are summoned here today because you have been accused of being in possession of a Time Turner. Is that correct?'' Hermione read off one of the papers.

Theo, with his head still tilted down, meekly spoke. ''Yes.''

''Where did you obtain the object?''

''Come on, Granger. Don't act like you haven't had one before.'' Theo chuckled, remembering third year. Y/n had told him all about the Time Turner and how they used it to save Sirius. When he looked up at the Minister, his face fallen when hers had shown nothing. With a sigh, he reluctantly answered. ''Stole it from McGonagall's office.''

''McGonagall?'' Hermione questioned, sending a look towards Harry and Ron.

''That's what I said.''

Hermione breathed in, her shoulders rising. She looked back down at the papers, flipping through them before ultimately ignoring them.

''What are you hoping to gain with the use of the Time Turner?''

Theo laughed from the chair in the middle of the room. He lurched forward, leaning over his knees as he laughed. The council looked at him with weird looks. Harry was about to move forward and make sure he was okay, but thought against it.

After a few moments, Theo's laughter had ceased. He slowly looked back up at Hermione, showing his overall disheveled appeal. His usually neat hair was now tangled and almost reached his shoulders. A stubble came across his face, matching with his tired and foggy eyes. Red had almost overtaken the white in them.

''I want Y/n back.'' He answered in a raspy tone.

Hermione was taken aback by his answer.

After the battle of Hogwarts, Y/n had left them. Hermione understood that she felt guilty and that she needed to be alone after seeing all that. But she didn't know that Y/n would go completely off the grid.
