The priest took a stand at the podium. "Welcome beloved family and friends. I am Father Joseph and I handle most Magic Knight memorials. I would like to thank everyone for their attendance at today's ceremony." Why a priest? The captain was never the religious type. "We are all different, yet today, we put aside our differences and come together without fellow mourners to honour and remember the life of Captain Ofelia Mae Anderson. We all share a common, out love and respect for Ofelia. Out of this respect, we here today shall reflect on what we owe to those who have gone before us." Everyone respected your Captain. She was the kindest person out there. She didn't care where you were from or what you had done.

"While we cannot speak of Captain Ofelia's earlier life, however we can speak of her amazing deeds as a Magic Knight. Ofelia became a Magic Knight to the Grey Deer Squad in the late of September when she was fifteen years old, after becoming a former noble. She quickly became friends with her fellow squadmates and was loved by many. Throughout the years she became well known for working as part of a trio with two equally strong mages at the time, the balance trio. At the age of nineteen, Ofelia rose to the rank of Vice-Captain of the Grey Deer Squad after a battle against the Diamond Kingdom. Ofelia saved a large group of civilians during the battle. Later, she was promoted to Senior Magic Knight First Class. At the age of twenty-two, Ofelia was sent off to the Heart Kingdom to work alongside their queen. She valiantly fought against much evil while she was there and was granted the rank of Grand Magic Knight shortly after. She was immediately welcomed by both the people and the Spirit guardians because of both her strength, dedication, and compassion towards her work and everyone around her. At the age of twenty-nine, Ofelia returned to the Clover Kingdom before aiding out beloved country in the battle against the then dictators of the Spade Kingdom." You saw Zenon's shoulder's drop sadly. He used to be one of them. You knew how much he regretted his actions. "Her efforts lead our mages to success, even later choosing to adopt one of the enemy mages to her squad out of the kindness in her heart. Ofelia became an official Squad Captain a week after the Spade Kingdom battle had ended. Later that year, at the age of thirty, Ofelia saved the life of our Wizard King, displaying her amazing magic and it's capabilities. After, her squad continued to grow and become one of the most well-known and respect squads in the kingdom. Ofelia was out on a mission before she was rushed into the kingdoms major infirmary, where she later succumbed to her injuries surrounded by her most precious friends and comrades."

Your hand clenched, you could remember everything that happened that day so vividly. "It would be an insult to say anything less than the fact that Ofelia remained a kind and loving person until she drew her last breath. Ofelia was known as a jolly and cheerful person who never gave into temptation nor moods of anger. She was a woman who took everything as it came, just accepting what fate and god would hand to her. She was an extremely tolerant and open-minded person, who treated everyone equally no matter their status, magic, or past. She was gentle but strong, like a sturdy tree. Her character was unshakable. Ofelia was happiest when surrounded by her friends, or when surrounded by her subordinates- whom she viewed as her family- treating them like they were her brother's sisters, and children. She enjoyed working alongside her captains, the same way she enjoyed working alongside the people who came to be her comrades in the Heart Kingdom. Ofelia was probably the most extroverted person you'd ever meet. She had no problems being open with you and enjoyed hearing about you. She was enthusiastic about traveling, often taking detours to experience new things, to meet new people, to discover new magic. She could speak to anyone like she had known them for years- she was sociable and interested about you." It was the truth; no matter what way you looked at it, that was just the way she was.

"There are many other things I could state about Ofelia. Her love for food and exploration. Her boundless love for her best friends past and present. Her just heart. Her love for reading the books written by old authors. Ofelia was very nit-picky about how her base looked because she wanted her squad-members to feel at home. Ofelia was always known as 'Captain Anderson,' but to those closest, she was just Ofelia. What calls to me the most about Ofelia, which I feel important to state, was her unselfishness and her non-discriminating personality. She did not live for herself, but for others. She never wished to trouble others but would take that trouble on for her friends and comrades without hesitation. She also never hated anyone, always accepting of who people were. You didn't have to change who you were to please her- she loved you for you. That was one of her many most loveable qualities."
