If you didn't turn yourself in, they'd kill her. If you went to the Magic Knight Captain's, they'd kill her. They'd truly thought of everything; you were on your own. And despite that, the Black Bulls still ended up directing you to their base rather than letting you go to your own. They couldn't be a part of this, didn't they understand that? Mimosa would die. You were pacing around the Black Bulls base; it was as if you couldn't hear or see a thing. Your mind was focused on the situation at hand and nothing more. You didn't have time to think about anything else.

The Black Bulls were watching you closely; worried about you. Zenon and Nacht especially. You hadn't stopped in the last four hours. None of them had dared to interrupt you; you would undoubtably lash out. They just wanted to help, but they didn't know what to do. There was one thing that all of them could agree on in this moment; on matter what happened, they wouldn't give you up to the Praxi family- they wouldn't abandon one of their own. Luck had left earlier along with Secre, Magna, and Gauche to try and figure out where Silvia had taken Mimosa. David had left back to his base with the intention of speaking to his Captain. The whole situation was frustrating. What should you do? You couldn't let them harm Mimosa. You wouldn't let them.

"D-Do you need a drink, (Y/N)? Water?" Finral called out hesitantly. As expected, you ignored him, continuing to pace around the room. Zora sighed, looking away from you, "I'm getting dizzy just looking at him." Asta hadn't spoken a word since you told them what happened, making Noelle worried about him and his unusually silent demeanour. Asta just stared between you and the ground. He could feel your ki going haywire. Asta saw a side of you only a few had seen when he was training with Nacht before their big battle in the Spade Kingdom. He also knew, even if you didn't see it and refused to admit it, you cared about all of them- including Mimosa. You had a need to protect them that you didn't even notice.

"It's you!" Asta pointed to you as you leaned against the wall in the shadows. You just turned your head from him, ignoring him. "You helped up fight against the devil-possessed man who attacked us! It's you!" Asta beamed. "You were fighting? That's where you were?" Nacht's head shot to you, his voice panicked. You rolled your eyes, "this is exactly why I didn't tell you." "You got hurt! Really badly hurt!" Nacht raised his voice out of concern, in truth, he was flat-out petrified of your condition when you returned back to him in Spade. "Last time I check, Nacht, you can't tell me what I can and cannot do." You met his worried eyes with one's of coldness.

"(Y/N), it was Dante! After what he did?! You expect me not to worry?! He could have killed you!" Nacht scolded you. "He wouldn't stand a chance." "You say that but... If you had of died- if Dante had of got his hands on you, I would never had forgiven myself! I'm supposed to protect you- it's what he asked of me. I can't watch as I lose you too. Do you understand? I can't lose you as well. Please, (Y/N)..." Nacht's shoulders slowly dropped, his heart sinking. He wasn't prepared to lose you as well. You just stared at Nacht coldly before looking away wordlessly; you didn't care how he felt; especially him. "Uhhhhh- Is everything okay...?" Asta looked between the two of you, confused at the situation.

Everything made so much sense now. He understood you better than he ever had, and because of that he knew exactly how you were feeling now. Zenon just knew how you were feeling because he'd been where you are before. Yami and Nacht had known you since you were younger, they simply knew the signs to tell you how you were feeling. The other Black Bulls didn't quite understand, but they tried their best. They could at the very least sympathise with you, and that's what they were doing. Silvia reminded you of Dante and Vanica in some ways- cruel people who try to exploit your weaknesses to harm you psychologically and physically. Unjust evil. People like them shouldn't exist in the first place. The likes of them disgusted you, made you want to rip your beating heart of your chest.
