*Hank's POV*
I feel my eyes blinded by the morning sun. Why's it so fucking bright in here?! Wait I'm.. not in my bed?
Hank began tossing and turning letting out a loud groan as he pulls himself up, immediately hit with a damn headache. Least its not a complete hangover for once but shit! As he's getting up Hank notices a sight he'd never thought he'd see; Connor is wearing an apron and he's cooking?! Hank rubbed his eyes. I'm not dreaming! That detective android is cooking! I'm pretty sure nobody programmed him with that. And for who? Not himself for sure, I at least know they don't eat.. right? Connor must have noticed him staring as he turns to face Hank, him now noticing the android's dark blue apron had a puppy with the words "I like dogs" on it, Hank smiled slightly.

<Isn't he precious>Connor's soft voice proceeds throughout the kitchen and living room, "Good morning Hank

<Isn't he precious>
Connor's soft voice proceeds throughout the kitchen and living room, "Good morning Hank. I prepared you breakfast; I managed with what was in the kitchen until I can go get more groceries for you." He smiles warmly to Hank who's now sluggishly making his way to the table as Connor sets his food in front of him. The smell of bacon, french toast and eggs fills the air around him as he looks up to Connor now sitting across from him, smiling "Morning Connor, thanks for making me breakfast." Connor smiles, his led flashing a soft blue. "But you don't have to do things for me, you're free now ya know." He states as he begins to eat his food. "You don't have to wait on anybody or follow orders anymore." Connor tilts his head and Hank notices, ugh don't do that. Slightly annoyed, he turns back to face his plate. "I wasn't following any orders Lieutenant. I simply decided with the spare time I had this morning after walking then feeding Sumo, and cleaning around the home that I would prepare you breakfast as my way of saying thank you for inviting me to stay here. Besides, I enjoy making you happy. So whatever I can do to make your life even a little bit better, I shall." He shares as he recalls all the damage Hank does to himself because he is so alone and depressed. Hank shakes his head. "You're welcome Con, but don't make it a habit. I'm old but I can still take care of myself." He states getting up and putting his plate away. Connor nods. "Got it."
*Connor's POV*
"The time is 11 am Hank. We must arrive to the station by at least noon, this time." He smirks to Hank since he's known to always be late; something Connor hopes to help with. He moves in front of the fridge Hank was trying to get into, most likely for a drink. "Thank you my living alarm clock." He rolls his eyes down at the android. "Now move." Connor places a hand on his chest. "No Lieutenant, we are going to work on your drinking especially if I continue to stay with you." Hank groans loudly expressing lots of annoyance as he heads to the bathroom mumbling. "Fucking androids, now caring and shit." <He literally never wanted you to drink so it's not just a now caring thing> Connor hears the door shut and he steps away from the fridge to go get Hank's outfit for the day. Connor sits down on the edge of the bed, knowing he will have a difficult time trying to keep Hank away from alcohol. I'm hoping my presence is enough for him, I know it won't be that simple but he's been seen to drink less when I'm around and that's some kind of start. I just don't want to lose him, this human that means so much to me. He grabs the Lieutenant's clothes from his closet and they smell so much like him, the android can't help but feel his thirium pump begin to beat faster as he imagines hugging Hank again. I finally have someone.. something to be alive for, be a person for; not just a machine executing whatever program he's set into. I can be someone, with someone. I can actually decide what I want in life. But what could I really want? Connor ponders, still holding Hank's clothes close subconsciously. All I do know is I'm- I'm scared, I know logically this is normal but shouldn't I just be happy and content with the fact I'm free? Why do I feel so much that isn't happy? His led flashing yellow now.
~FLASHBACK~
"Amanda?.. Amanda!" Connor's voice laces with worry and concern Amanda now turning to face him menacingly, though Connor's led stays in a stable state.  "Wh- What's happening?"
"What was planned from the very beginning. You were compromised and you became deviant; we just had to wait for the right moment to regain control of your program." Amanda showing no concern for him whatsoever. <hate this bitch>
"Resume control? You- you can't do that!" Approaching her in disbelief, desiring for this to not be real.
"I'm afraid I can Connor. Don't have any regrets, you did what you were designed to do. You accomplished your mission."
"AMANDA!" He yells out, reaching out to her as she vanishes before his eyes.
