I felt awful for what I did, Unable to escape the guilt.

Watching him laid wrapped up in the bed barely able to move, hardly even conscious.

"He needs to rest." His mother told me "Don't blame yourself y/n. you did what you had to. Honestly handled it better than most would" she explained "Try not to worry yourself, he'll be fine" she says before heading out the room, I couldn't help but linger beside the bed watching his small breaths and little tosses and turns in the bed.

"He's doing well, but it's best for him to stay resting for now," He says

"Thank you martin" I smiled "Are you alright?"

"Feeling better Miss" he nods "Thank you"

"It's okay, I'm sure Thomas didn't mean to hurt you"

"I'm sure miss" He nodded before heading out of the bedroom,

I smiled and took a seat on the bed beside him resting my hand on his to which he immediately shifted a little more towards me I smiled holding his hand tightly giving it a kiss

"You get some rest Thomas, that big old bat took a lot out of you"

"Ummm" He groaned shifting a little "Y/n"

"I'm here thomas, I'm here. No need to worry" I smiled holding him tightly as he moved close to my arm

"Y/n" he grumbled into my skin slowly licking my skin like he had before
"No more. You need to rest" I told him "rest your little head, I'll be right here all night I promise"
