You couldn't be mad. You just couldn't. It was in the past. But Hana was pissed. How could someone have that much audacity. Obviously it hurt, something like that would've, but you couldn't be mad at Sting. And for all you know, Yukino could have just said that to piss you off. Or could have been exaggerating. You knew that Sting was probably no virgin, but you were probably just upset with Yukino's audacity.
After Yukino's comment, Hanna told her to leave in not the nicest manner. She did, feeling pretty proud of herself. Hana glared at her as she left, and then looked back at you.
"How did you not rip her face off?" Hana asked you.
"I don't care what they did in the past. He's with me now, and I know he wouldn't leave me for her." You said, taking a sip of your drink, and sighing. "But I want to wrap up here and go home if you don't mind. She just... ruined it for me."
Hana nodded and understood, grabbing her bags and clearing the table for the both of you. Yukino had really gotten on her nerves as well, and if she had gone to that school, Hana would have already been expelled.
When the both of you home, you saw a car in the driveway. It didn't belong to your mother, and your face instantly went pale when you figured out who had showed up to your house unexpectedly. You looked over at Sting's house and saw that Weisslogia' scar was gone, assuming that him and Sting went somewhere together.
"Whose car is that?" Hana asked you as you both stepped out of the car and grabbed your bags.
"Gray."
She recognized the name, only because Yukino had said it earlier. Hana was kind of excited to see the guy for herself.
As you both walked in, Gray was sitting on the couch with your mother drinking tea, seeming to be having a nice conversation. Gray looked at the door when he heard it open, and immediately stood up. "Y/n, I'm glad to see you." He smiled, placed his cup on the coffee table and then walked towards you.
"Gray, it's good to see you too." You nodded your head. "Your cheek looks a bit bruised there."
"Yeah, you can thank your dumbass boyfriend." He rolled his eyes.
"Hey, careful." You playfully warned him. "I talked to him so..."
"Did you? What did he say?"
"Not much, we just talked."
"Hm." He just hummed, and then there was silence. Your mom was still in the room, finding it a bit awkward.
She had never met Gray before, only heard about him. And after just now finding out that he has a strong opinion against Sting, there was obviously something deeper to the current situation. If she had known, she wouldn't have let him in.
"Uh, Gray, this is my friend Hana. Hana, Gray." You quickly introduced them. They waved to each other, but didn't say a word.
"So Y/n, I actually came to talk to you. Do you mind if we step outside for a sec?" Gray's face seemed hopeful, and you nodded, handing your bags to Hana.
"Take these upstairs for me? And when I come back we can bake cookies." You smiled at her. She nodded and headed upstairs while your mom kept an eye on you and Gray.
Gray hand gently took your hand, which you weren't expecting at all, and took you outside. You were just praying Sting wasn't going to come home while he was here.
"So what's up?" You asked, trying to be casual.
"I just wanted to talk to you. I missed you is all." He shrugged, and then smiled.
"Missed me?"
"Yeah. You weren't at school the other day and then I got suspended." He explained. "I was really worried about you."
"I'm okay, really." You assured him.
"So how about you and Sting? Are you guys okay?" He asked. This set up a little bit of a red flag for you. Why was he asking about you and Sting?
"Yeah we're fine... why? Has someone said something to you?"
Gray found your reaction a bit weird. Has someone said something to you? Was there something going on deeper than what the both of you let on? He really thought about telling a lie in this moment, but decided against it. You were already dealing with so much, and Gray didn't want to add something else to the table.
"No, no one's said anything, other than the fact that people were saying that you cheated on him with me."
"Do you think you can talk to people? Make them realize it's not true?" You asked him.
"I'll try but... no promises."
"I'll I ask is that you try." You smiled a bit. "Is that all you wanted to come and talk about?"
"Well, no." He admitted.
"What else?"
"I just.. wanted to see if you were alright is all."
"I'm okay, Gray."
"And Sting? He's treating you well?"
"Perfectly well." You nodded, but still found it so strange that he was asking that. Could it be that Sting was right?
"Good. I just want to make sure he's treating you the way you deserve to be."
"He's treating me very well." You assured him.
"That's... good to hear." He said, and seemed like he forced a smile.
"Is... there something else? I think there's something else on your mind."
"Well yes, but I think I'll wait."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive." He smiled, and then extended his hand out to you. You were confused, so you placed your hand in his. He held your hand for a moment, and you didn't think that his hands could have been so warm. "I'll get going. See you." He let go of your hand and started to walk down the driveway. You waved off to him and stayed outside as he pulled out and drove away from your house.
You were feeling a bit conflicted as to why he showed up to your house unannounced. Maybe he did try to tell you and you just didn't get the message? It was a possibility. You decided to wave it off and tell Sting about it later. You didn't want to keep things from him.
You were about to enter your house when you saw Weisslogia's car pull into his driveway, and Sting jumping out before Weisslogia could even come to a complete stop. "Was that Gray's car!?" Sting yelled as he ran over.
"Yeah, I was just about to text you." You told him, trying to stay calm.
"Why was he here?!"
"To check up on me, nothing big." You shrugged it off.
"Nothing big!? I think this is a huge deal!"
"Nothing happened, Sting. And I was just about to text you."
"Sting! Get inside!" Weisslogia scolded him from the car.
"God... why can't he just leave you alone?" He said, his voice a bit softer as he wrapped his arms around you. "Why can't he see that you're mine and mine only?"
"Sting... you may have been right." You sighed, hugging him back. "I'll limit my time with Gray."
