The week had ended and you had spent all week with your new friends. Occasionally Minerva would come up and talk to you, but no one from that group did, not even Sting. You were incredibly hurt by it, but what were you going to do?
You left your final class a bit later than usual. You waited for everyone to leave the hallways so it was easier for you to get out. And once you did, you finally left out of the main door. But the second you stepped out, you saw the most horrific sight.
Sting and Yukino were making out on the steps of the school. You looked away, trying to hold back tears. You didn't want to walk by them, so you just turned to go back into the school, but you bumped into a hard chest. The person made sure to hold you so you wouldn't fall over. You looked up and saw that it was Gray.
"Hey, did you forget something?" He asked, but then caught a glimpse of Sting and Yukino. He didn't know your history with Sting, but he could assume that you used to be good friends, and Yukino was driving a wedge into that. Gray saw that you were clearly upset. You would look away from him, your tears threatening to spill.
"Hey." Gray said, placing his hand in your cheek and making you look at him. You looked up at him, tears now streaming down your face. "I know a back way so we don't have to pass them. Come on." He would take your hand and drag you back into the school.
Down the hallways where the science labs were, there was a clear glass door that was an exit if there was ever an emergency. He opened the door for you and let you out first before following behind you.
"Thank you." You said quietly, quickly wiping all of the tears away.
"Don't let him make you cry like that." Gray said, almost as if he was scolding you. "You deserve better than that, you know it too."
You just sighed, and shrugged. "I guess."
There was an awkward silence before Gray perked up a bit. "Hey, do you wanna get some food? We can do that and then I can drive you home. You can talk about it if you'd like."
"Really?"
"Yeah, of course."
"Are you sure? I wouldn't want to bother you."
"You wouldn't be bothering me at all." He smiled at you, taking your hand in his. You would look down at your hands and then back up at him and smile.
"Yeah, okay."
Gray would keep your hand in his, and take you around the school back to the front. Standing in front of the school was Sting and Yukino, and he had his arm around her shoulders. Across from the school was a parking lot where student could park. Since Gray had his own car, the both of you walked right in front of them to his car. Yukino glared at you as you made your way passed, but Sting was glaring at Gray. Why was he holding your hand? The two of you just met this week. And besides, you had a boyfriend.
Gray would open the passenger door for you, and help you in. You smiled a bit, and watched him as he went around the car to the drivers side. Sting hated how you were smiling at him. He felt envious that Gray got to see your smile, and that smile was for Gray, not him. He would get frustrated and grab Yukino's hand and drag her to the parking lot. His initial idea was to go up to Gray's car and have a few choice words with him, but before he would even make it to the parking lot in time, Gray had already driven off.

"So tell me about you and Sting." Gray said, just as the food was delivered to the table.
"Me and him were best friends, we were really close." You started off. "And now he's ignoring me, he won't even look at me."
