"Rogue?"

"Y/n, hey. Can we talk? Assuming you don't mind the company." Rogue smiled.

"No, not at all, uhm, come in." You tried to smile as you stepped out of the way, letting Rogue walk into your home. "Sting isn't with you, is he? The both of you usually are together."

"No he's not. And that's actually why I'm here." You closed the door and saw Rogue standing by the couch. You motioned him to sit and he did as you sat down next to him.

"What about it?"

"You know Sting would never do something like that to you."

"Well, considering the fact that he got back with her the second we broke up, I'd say there was definitely some cheating." You tried to keep your voice steady, but it was already starting to crack.

"You know he loves you more than anything in the world."

"Then why did he kiss her, hm?" Your voice was sharp and Rogue widened his eyes in shock. "I'm sorry, I'm just... upset."

"You have every right to be... but not at Sting."

"And why not? He got back with her, threw me away like I was nothing to him!"

"You're everything to him, but like you, he's also hurting." Rogue said softly. You looked away from him and crossed your arms, hating that he was right. You knew Sting had to be hurting at least a little bit. "He would never want to hurt you Y/n, you know that. And if we're being honest here, I genuinely think that this wasn't Sting's fault."

"Then whose is it?" You muttered, not daring to look at him.

"Yukino's."

"Of course!" You stood up, and threw your hands up in the air. "Who elses fault would it be?!"

"Gray's."

You stopped like a deer in headlights, and then looked at Rogue. "What?"

"I think Gray has something to do with it. I think you should distance yourself from him."

"Did Sting send you here?" You asked, trying to stay calm.

"What? No."

"Sting didn't send you here because he couldn't face me himself? Did he tell you to tell me to stay away from Gray?" Your voice started to sound angry, and Rogue felt like there were a ton of bricks on his shoulders.

"No, he didn't, I came by myself and figured that I'd talk to you. Come on Y/n, you know deep down Sting would never. And you also know that you and him were made for each other."

"Obviously not if he chose her!"

"He didn't want to, Y/n." Rogue wanted to tell back at you, but kept his composure. He knew that yelling wouldn't solve anything.

"I gave him everything!" You yelled, gripping onto your hair.

"Y/n-"

"My time, my energy, my body!" At this point you were just ranting, needing to get all of this off of your chest. But when it fell silent, that's when you knew you probably revealed a bit too much than you needed to.

"You and Sting slept together?" His voice wasn't shocked, but more like he was trying to confirm it. Of course he has suspected it once Sting came back to school and he had 'indirectly' told his group.

"I didn't mean to say that." You said quickly, looking away embarrassed.

"How recently?"

"What!?"

"I'm not trying to be a perv!"

After some thinking, you sighed. Rogue was a good friend, no harm should come from telling him. "A few days ago, Tuesday I think."

"Okay, I understand why you're so upset now." Rogue sighed. "You think that once he got what he wanted he left?"

"Honestly? Yeah, that's how it fucking feels right now." You admitted. "He got what he wanted, so why stay? He can go back to Yukino for all I care."

"Y/n, you know you care." Rogue stood up and walked over to you, placing a hand on your shoulder. You looked away from him, and quickly wiped away a stray tear that you didn't even know had fallen. You took a breath and then turned to Rogue.

"Listen, I-" You we're interrupted by a knock at the door. You snapped your head towards it, confused.

"Are you expecting anyone?" Rogue asked.

"No, I'm not." You sniffed, tears now streaming down your face. "Could you get that?"

He nodded and walked towards the door and opening a bit to see who it was. The person on the other end could only see Rogue's face. "Oh, Minerva." Rogue was relieved, and opened the door wide for her to come in. She walked in, her face reading 'I mean business'.

"Y/n, how are you?" She asked, smiling a bit.

"Fine." You said quickly, wiping away your tears with both hands. She hated seeing you like this, and frowned.

"You know what? We may be friends with Sting, but I hate seeing you like this." Minerva huffed.

"Minerva, what are you-"

"Y/n, you need to beat him at his own game."

"Huh? So he is playing some sort of sick game, Minnie?" You looked up at her, your eyes red from crying.

"Minerva, stop. I'm handling this." Rogue said firmly, but Minerva didn't even glance at him.

"You need to make him hurt!" She told you.

"Minerva! That won't solve anything!" Rogue scolded her.

"It will make him realize that he loves her and can't be without her!" She said to Rogue, and then turned back to you. "You will not speak to Sting, look at Sting, think of him, text him, call him any of that! You will ignore him!"

"But..."

"No buts!"

"What if it doesn't work?" You asked her, your heart now feeling heavy.

"Then... he's a jerk. Listen Y/n, you're powerful, have the power in your court. You have him wrapped around your finger. It won't take long."

Sting was in his room with Yukino, both of them getting a bit too... touchy feely. Of course, nothing would come from it, Sting knew that. He just... didn't want to be alone, so it was his best option.

As they were kissing, she grabbed the back of his hair and tugged it. He took this as a sign to move from her lips to her neck. She would let out a gasp, feeling his lips on her neck. "I missed you so much Sting.. Mm~" He would ignore her, just continuing to kiss her neck. Soon though, the feeling would feel too good, and she would let out a moan.

He was lost in the moment, but was ultimately confused. He had his eyes closed, not paying attention to his surroundings. When he heard that moan, only one thing had crossed his mind. "Y/n.." he breathed out onto her neck. Yukino stopped, and pushed him away. He opened his eyes, not realizing his mistake.

"What did you call me?"

"Huh?"

"What is my name?"

"Yukino? That's a dumb question."

"That's not what you said."

"Of course I did."

"No you didn't, you said Y/n!"

"You're hearing things."
