"Daddy, daddy!" Sting shouted as he ran to his father away from the school bus when he got off. There was a stop sign at the corner of the street that they lived on, where other parents would also pick up their kids. There were about six other parents there picking up their kids at the end of the day off of the bus.

"Hey buddy! How was your day?" Weisslogia asked with a smile.

"Dad!" Sting would motion his father to kneel down to his height, and then start whispering. "There's a new girl in class. She's cute."

"Oh, is that so?" Weisslogia laughed a bit.

"Yeah, and she rides the bus with me and Rogue."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah, she came off on our stop." Sting smiled brightly, and then turned around, pointing to a little girl with pigtails and a woman kneeling down to her height.

"Oh, I think they just moved in next door." Weisslogia said out loud. "Do you know her name?"

"No.." Sting said quietly and looked down. Weisslogia noticed his son, and then looked at the little girl again. She was smiling brightly and laughing with the woman.

"Well, go say hi. She's right there." Weisslogia encouraged. "I can go with you if you'd like." Sting looked up at him, his blue eyes shining. He nodded quickly and then ran over, Weisslogia  following close behind him.

"Hi!" Sting interrupted the conversation between the two, and Weisslogia covered his son's mouth.

"Sting, you don't interrupt people! I'm so sorry." Weisslogia apologized.

The woman stood up and smiled a bit. She had long, dark brown hair that was pulled back into a sleek low pony tail. "It's alright. I'm Cordelia L/n." She stuck out her hand. Weisslogia also stuck his out and shook hers.

"I'm Weisslogia Eucliffe. And this is Sting."

"Introduce yourself, love." Cordelia looked down at the little girl.

"I'm Y/n." The girl smiled.

"Are you her mother? You seem really young." Weisslogia noticed.

"Yeah, I get that a lot." She laughed. "I became financially independent by the time I was twenty, and I had this little angel at twenty-one."

"That's amazing, you and your partner are very lucky." Weisslogia smiled.

"Partner? Oh no." Cordelia waved him off, laughing. "I had an artificial insemination."

"Oh wow." Weisslogia's face looked shocked. "I wasn't expecting that."

"Most people don't." She shrugged. "But she's aware of the situation. Men just aren't worth my time."

"I respect that." Weisslogia laughed.

"So what about you and your wife?"

"She passed away a year after Sting was born."

"Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that."

"That's alright, it was four years ago." Weisslogia waved it off, and then noticed his son. Sting was standing closer to Weisslogia, just staring at the little girl who was now holding onto her mother's pant leg. "Hey, you just moved in, right? Why don't the two of you have dinner with us?"

"Oh, thank you, but we wouldn't want to be a burden."

"I insist! It'll give the kids time to get to know each other as well."
