Eros POV
_________________________________________________The little rabbit wishes to challenge me? Pity, I always get what I want. True, maybe I was playing a little hard to get but it should have never came down to her rejecting me, no one ever rejects me that's absurd.
Well, now I know I've underestimated her and she made a deal with the devil without even knowing it.
On autopilot, I stood Infront of my mirror ruffling my wet hair and grooming my face. I had taken out a a black suit, black was my favorite shade it represents what goes on in the dark, what goes on inside my head.
I dressed myself and went down to have breakfast, as per my request. Isabella the woman who has been with me since I was a teen, stood at the stove brewing my morning coffee.
My rants, or intense Stare offs, episodes and sui@ide attempts have never affected her, I've never really cared but I can't say that I wasn't curious.
"Good morning Mr. Des'aire, here you go" she greeted handing the coffee to me, I grunted in response taking a sip. I closed my eyes at the warm bitter taste it was my favorite, black coffee- it gave me the energy I needed for work as it wasn't easy being around people for more than an hour straight.
"What is she up to?" Isabella smirked already knowing who I was referring to.
"She's typing up on her laptop and eating breakfast sir" I nodded, I could imagine her sitting crossed leg on the bed in her pajamas. Her long smooth legs and pretty face I want to ruin so badly. She really is an interesting being, she challenged me and made me want to laugh, she made me feel light-hearted and I must admit she has been the reason I haven't attempted anything for the past week.
I quickly gulped my coffee down trying to clear the nonsense that was going on inside my head, Eros doesn't get attached to anyone.
"Tell her I need a report on her documentary so far on my desk before I am home" I commanded grabbing my brief case, Isabella froze up.
"But sir, that's only two hours away" she protested, defending her. I quirked an inquisitive brow up, I see everyone has grown a defiant alter ego nowadays.
She lowered her head in shame "yes sir, right away" I watched as she disappeared up the stairs and quickly made my way through the front door.
I was driving myself today so I took one of the many cars I had in the garage and hopped in, starting it. The sound of the engine bringing life into my hollow soul, I rubbed my hands up and down the steering wheel, anticipation knocking at my door.
"It's been so long" I breathed, I put the car in drive and pressed the gas, adrenaline pumped into my veins and I pressed harder flying through the gate that was already open.
"Woohoo, Fuck yeah!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, why wasn't I driving before again?
I swerved around vehicles and sped down the highway and soon I was pulling up into Zues driveway.
A sigh escaped me as I parked, that was fun, a feeling that haven't graced me in years and what urged me to do that this morning I had no idea.
I slam the door shut and walked up to the double doors. Nervous eyes greeted me and they all said their good mornings.
"Sir!" Someone yelled making me cringed at the sudden outburst. I spun around to a pretty blonde quickly making her way up to me with a handful of papers.
I didn't stop to wait on her as I made my way over to the elevator, she struggled to catch up but did eventually missing me by an inch.
"Sir" she called again out of breath, I gave her a glance waiting for her to speak.
