Romana's POV
_________________________________________________Isabella got back in the house before evening, grateful that Eros was alright and would be back soon. I left her to her tasks and made my way up the massive staircase and down the corridor to my room.
My approach slowed when I saw that my door was slightly ajar. Cautious I slowly opened it, I looked around confused for a minute, did I forget to lock the door.
Then it hit me, my papers were missing, my laptop and notes! Left was a single piece of note. I inched closer and picked up the little paper between my fingers afraid that it was laced with something.
A single sentence was written on it, a sentence that would change everything.
What if I told you, your parents death wasn't an accident?
5 Pittsburgh ave. 10:30, their anniversary.
V~I dropped the paper like it had burnt me or something, a shocked expression taking over my face. I refused to believe it! How did she even know that it was their death anniversary?
I remember that night like it was yesterday.
"Come on sing with us Romana!" Dad yelled from the front laughing.
"Falling in love with youuuuu!!" We all were in a happy mood, driving down the highway and singing along to Elvis Presley heading to town for dinner and ice cream.
We laughed, enjoying the moment, a smile was plastered on my mother's face and she looked at my dad with eyes filled with love and admiration.
Then it happened so sudden, one minute we were happy and singing and the next we spinning in the air.
I closed my eyes and breathed in stopping the water works. If this was true I didn't want to face it right now. So with a heavy heart and a curious mind I crushed the paper up and threw it in the trash can.
The rest of the evening was spent finishing up the report for Mr. Des'aire and eating a very delicious meal from Isabella.

I woke up feeling anxious for whatever reason this morning, I didn't feel well and all I wanted to do was get this documentary over with so I could get back to my normal life.
Mr. Eros is who he is, a psychopath and I'm a nobody.
I just wasn't feeling it, I got up, brushed my teeth and changed into a comfortable outfit. I put my hair up in a bun and pulled out my phone to scroll social media when I saw the time.
"Shit!" I'm late Mr. Eros probably is back already. I grabbed the report and bolted for his office, slowing my pace as I reached the door. I knocked on the door but got no answer, I knocked again just to confirm and still nothing.
I was kind of relived that he wasn't back so I began to walk away when I noticed his room door was unlocked. I crept over there and pressed my ears against it.
I heard the shower running indicating that he indeed was here. Something devilish sneaked into my subconscious and I suddenly felt the urge to do something naughty.
I pushed on the door lightly scanning the room to make sure that he was not in there. I pushed the door further and took the first step inside his bedroom, I didn't get the chance to check it out the last time I was here so now I would.
Not like this is perfect timing either, I mean your right but I liked the thrill of it and playing with Eros seemed bittersweet.
I walked up to the bathroom door and I saw a glimpse of him through the bathroom crack, mighty God was he sexy, his back was just broad and delicious, his ass firm, muscles bulging, hair wet and tousled and the water running down his body only made him look more delicious.
I snapped myself out of my trance and peered my eyes away from him, creep. I walked around the room a little longer, looking at various things and jeez this man's interests were boring.
Other than his books of course, I heard the shower being turned off and bolted for the door not realizing that I had dropped my bracelet on the floor.
I ran to my room and waited until he was ready and inside his office. I ended up stalling the whole day! Nervous for whatever reason until I finally decided to grace him with my presence.
By this time I was freshened up and changed into something nice looking a pretty sundress and sandals. A little teasing and maybe a little revealing as the back was open and the hem reached just mid thigh.
I walked again to his office and knocked, this time hearing his baritone voice telling me to come in. I turned the knob and pushed the door immediately meeting his eyes.
They held no emotions but he didn't hide the fact that he was checking me out, his eyes roamed up and down my body and slowly a knowing smirk graced his lips.
"Ms. Feretti" he greeted, looking back at his papers.
"Mr. Eros" I replied walking over to his desk and placing the folder down.
"Here is your report" I began to walk away when he called, stopping me in my tracks.
"I think you forgot something" I spun around with a confused look that instantly turned into shock and fear when I saw what he was holding into his hand. His elbow was relaxed on top of the table, palm outstretched with my bracelet dangling on his middle finger.
I was frozen in place and he quirked a inquisitive brow up, a mischievous aura surrounded him.
"Well..aren't you gonna come for it?" I gulped not knowing what to do in the situation.
"Uh.." I began but came up blank, I wasn't gonna go over there! So I said fuck it, I did what any human with an instinct would have done, I ran but I didn't run to my room no.. I ran to the kitchen like an idiot!.
"You can run but you can't hide Ms. Feretti!" I heard his yell from all the way down in the kitchen and then I heard his office door being opened and closed.
Frantic, I tried to find somewhere to hide then I spotted the cupboard, I curled my petite frame in it and closed the door behind me, waiting.
