October 2013When Leon was in year seven they fought in the uniform war. They joined the school play and met Ryan Hardy (who was in year eight), and Sayle Aboat (who was in year nine). They formed a union with a goal to make uniforms optional.
They'd accomplish this by protesting, everyone breaking the dress code, or not going to class.
They'd 'prank', as they called it. These included stealing space bars from keyboard or occupying the lockers. By December they'd ramped up and an Instagram page called Canadian_Couzin_Dave was made by the union where they'd make fun of teachers. It was anonymous but the teachers knew who it was. Henry Claire was the most revered protestor. He'd wear a mask and post impressions of the teachers to the account. They were spot on, he must have had a gift for it.
This doesn't have a lot to do with the story, I'll move on.October 2014
By their second play, Leon was accustomed to Timothy the ghost. Even the drama teacher Whibers knew, although she didn't encourage the idea in fear of getting fired.
Rowan was in year seven. He joined the group of drama boys they called The Uniform Union (you can decide whether that's clever or stupid). It was Sayle, Henry, Gavin, Ryan, Leon, Dipper and now Rowan (Mini Sayle they'd call him). They would hang out in the prop room, talk to Timothy and they were the ones to build the den the boys would change in.
That year they did The Wedding Singer, and planned to change the script on the night to one they called 'The Wedding Bomber', although it was more like The Wedding Catastrophe.
I'll try not to just exposition dump so moving on.January 26th 2016
While Timothy had been around since before even Sayle went to the academy, no one actually cared enough about ghosts to look into it; no one until Rowan.
Just after his thirteenth birthday, he and Micheal snuck in at night (keep in mind at this point Rowan was pure mischief). They got in with keys they stole from Ms Bandana.
"Timothy?" Rowan whispered into silence, "If anyone's show yourself ye?"
"That's not actually gonna work." Micheal said.
"It's how they do it on YouTube." He argued.
A few papers fell from a pile and the boys shared glances.
"Timothy!" Rowan threw a book at the pile.
So the pile flew up and papers spun down covering the room.
"Holy shit." Micheal laughed.
"Ha!" Rowan threw hats around, "Show yourself!"
So Timothy stopped. The boys watched the active side of the room so much the didn't see the curtain move behind them. The big stage curtain outlined a figure through its folds. It outlined an arm, reaching for Micheal.
They knew it was too quiet but filled it with screams when the curtain flung between them.
The ghost showed itself. It was almost clear if not blurry, floating off the ground.
Rowan threw a cowboy boot at it but it went through it.
"That's cheating!" Rowan yelled.
It ripped the curtain down on the boys.
As if some twisted rule of fate Rowan and the ghost began wrecking the room. Throwing chairs and tables about, everything the prop room had: gladiator helmets, wheelchairs, cricket equipment. Rowan only stopped when the den came crashing down.
"Oh." He sighed.January 2nd 2017
I've been saying 'they' for Leon in the past because we have foresight, but they only became they in January, the second, twenty seventeen, you probably guessed that.
Their fourth play was Beauy And The Beast. After Whibers left many students left as well including Tony, Gavin and Grandma, so when Ms Chester took over it was a new era. She wasn't as accustomed to it, which is why for the first time in many years the play wasn't held in October but January. She also misspelt 'Beauty' and everyone ran with it.
As to what went down and why Leon left I think you're best finding out for yourself.Present day - April 12th 2017
