After the short reunion, the Pack broke up.  Aomine stayed with Kagami at the apartment.  Akashi, Momoi and Midorima left.  Kise, Kuroko and Murasakibara were not far away.

"What do you want to do?"  Daiki asked the fellow curled up in the blanket next to him on the couch.  The apartment looking strangely empty.

"A bath would be great" Kagami replied a little lazily, not realizing that he would need the other's help for that.

"No" Daiki said, without hesitation.  As tempting as the idea of ​​sharing a bath with Kagami was, he didn't want his scent to leave his body just yet.

"But"...

The Alpha got to his feet, cutting off the protest.

"Better get some sleep. You are tired and need to regain your strength as much as you can.  I'll fix the bed sheet" He ended the matter by leaving the room and Taiga alone.

The redhead gave up arguing.  He was covered in sweat and other fluids.  A bath at that moment would be heavenly.  But it was impossible to ignore the other boy's feelings. 

Maybe the need to leave a sign of possession was exclusive to Alphas, because Kagami didn't feel that way about him.

There was no option but to sit quietly and wait.  He was so fucking tired that he couldn't even get off the couch if he wanted to.

"No need to clean, Aho" he muttered through the mental link, thinking Daiki was taking too long.

"Aa... couldn't find the clean sheets." Came back the reply.

Taiga rolled his eyes.  Wouldn't it had been easier if he had asked?

Stupid Alphas...

A short time later, Aomine came to get his companion so they could rest.  As he carried Kagami in his arms, he snickered.

"What's it?"  the redhead asked suspiciously.

"I'm glad you're not Cinderella" Aomine scoffed "Where would I find a glass slippers the size of surfboards?! "

"HUH!! As if your feet are any smaller you damn gorilla" Kagami was outraged.

"But I am the prince." Bish what did he say.

"You're an idiot." The complaint ended in a pained groan.

"What's it?" Daiki asked  worry clear on his face.

"My neck" the phrase came with a sigh "It's starting to throb..."

The Alpha didn't say anything.  The wound's general appearance wasn't the best, he hoped it didn't hurt as much as it looked like it would... or Kagami would end up in a bad mood for a long time. 

And he didn't even want to think about how they'd disguise it so he could go to class or the rest of games!  Maybe a little makeup from Satsuki would help hide the damage.

Daiki entered the room and placed his companion on the bed, now with a clean sheet.  The previous one was curled up in a corner of the room.  He laid down beside Kagami, pulling him into his arms after tucking the blanket over them both.

"You can be Sleeping Beauty, okay?  So I'll wake you up with a kiss..." He said, half serious, half jokingly and gave a light kiss on kagami's forehead, taking the opportunity to inhale that scent once again, he could smell his own scent mixed with Taiga's.  The Panther stirred inside him, exuding satisfaction and pride.  Twin feelings to Daiki's.

Enveloped by the cozy warmth, the Omega didn't even respond to the provocation.  Fatigue hit him hard and he got carried away.  Within seconds, they were both asleep.
