His Miraculous Tiger {AoKaga}

The bullet went through Daiki's shoulder, burning the flesh like hell.  It was made of silver.  Pain surged through his whole body, effecting Taiga as well as reaching out to all members of the Pack.

Kagami jumped off the couch, not quite understanding what was happening, given the angle he was at.  He had just heard a muffled pop.  As soon as he approached the door and saw the scene, he understood everything.

There was a strange, man standing in the doorway, holding a gun with a silencer attached to the end.  He smiled without any humor.  The redhead alternated glances between the stranger and Daiki, who was holding his shoulder with his hand.  Blood dripped from his fingers and his expression betrayed suffering.

Kagami tried making a move to attack, but the other was faster.  He held out the weapon with a rude gesture towards Aomine and pointed out Kagami with his other hand.

"I have orders to take you alive" he told Taiga before indicating Daiki with a nod, watching the boys closely.
"Not him."

The threat was clear, which paralyzed Kagami, who felt Aomine's pain and aggressive intent.  The Alpha was about to attack.

"Daiki, no! " Warned Taiga by the link.  One misinterpreted move and the invader would fire.  The Tiger itself reacted cautiously, unlike the Panther, who was as eager to attack as its human part.

The Alpha's only response was a sort of growl, something the enemy seemed to be asking for in reaction, just so they could shoot.  The boys couldn't have known that his orders were to take them both alive.

"DAIKI!" Kagami insisted on the call.  All they needed was a lack of control at that moment.

" I said I have to take him alive " the man spoke again in that husky voice, calmly looking at Aomine, this time threatening the Omega "Not necessarily in one piece."

The mere thought of Taiga being hurt brought Aomine back to his senses. He suppressed his killing intent, exhaled and took a step back.

"Great.  Listen carefully to what you're going to do now" The man said with a creepy smile on his face. His tone was victorious.

All Betas in the Pack felt the exact moment their Alpha was injured.  Remnants of suffering still left them numb.  Momoi was the first to recover and make a decision.  She was defensive in nature, going against Akashi's decision of staying back. The Alpha and Omega became her first priority. So she tried to distract the invaders.

Unlike her, Murasakibara and Midorima, two aggressive Betas, who believed in the Alpha's ability to defend themselves and prioritized preventing the enemy's advance, were still defending not only the territory, but Kagami's apartment, by the way.  None of them quite understood how the rivals had already caught up with them, as they were using a human as a shield.

When Satsuki tried getting the human's attention she vaguely noticed that they weren't coming after her.  She didn't understand the inexplicable giving up, a fact that only increased her anguish and need to go straight to the Pack leader.  She tried to establish contact several times in those last few seconds, but found barriers in both Kagami and Aomine, as if they had both channeled their attention only towards each other, allowing no outside interference.  Something that happened in the face of great danger, as it seemed to be the case.

In desperation, she shifted her focus to Akashi.  The captain was already aware and getting moving, as were Kuroko and Kise.

It was a shock for the girl and the other shifters to notice the presence of Daiki and Taiga moving away, fast, so the only possible conclusion was that they were in some kind of self-propelled vehicle.  But it was just the two of them!  No Betas or Alphas nearby!
