Imagine having a 5 year old son with Michael.

When he and the boys are home from touring, Michael loves spending time with you and Y/S/N, he loves teaching him all kinds of things like how to play football, how to swim, all that kinda stuff.
But this time, it was time for Michael to teach Y/S/N how to ride a bike.

You sit out in the garden watching Michael hold the bike steady while Y/S/N sits on it, knowing that this can go either way.

Michael says to Y/S/N, "Alright, start pedalling and gradually get faster okay, I'm right behind you all the way, I promise."

Your son nods and you feel a bit nervous as this is his first attempt, and knowing Michael, he's got something up his sleeve.

Y/S/N begins pedalling and you see his face light up as he says, "I'm doing it! Mummy look I'm doing it!!"

You grin, "Well done, keep going!"

You feel your heart skip a beat when Michael smirks and let's go of the bike, letting Y/S/N continue by himself.

Seconds pass and Y/S/N looks behind seeing daddy Michael clapping behind. He begins to lose control of the bike and before you know it, Y/S/N has fallen off the bike.

You and Michael run over and you pick up your son as Michael lifts the bike off him as you ask, "Are you alright darling?"

He shakes his head and starts sniffling, tears filling in his eyes, "No, daddy promised he was gonna be holding me the whole time and he didn't!"

Michael half-smiled, "Yeaaaaaah, but you cycled by yourself!! All dads do that! It's how you learn!"

You wipe Y/S/N's tears and smile, "Just try again, you'll get the hang of it."

Y/S/N folds his arms and replies sternly, "No. Daddy broke his promise. I'm not doing it anymore."

Michael replies, "You're not gonna try your bike anymore, after mummy and I buying it for you?"

Y/S/N shakes his head, his arms still folded as he turns away from Michael, his back facing him.

You sigh as you look up to Michael, "Just give him time to cool down he'll try again later."

Michael rolls his eyes, "Screw waiting. Watch this."

You raise your eyebrow, confused as to whatever it was that Michael had planned.

Michael picked up the bike again and swung one leg over it saying loudly, "Oh well....looks like if Y/S/N isn't going to use it, after mummy and I spending so long tryna pick the right one....then I guess I'm just gonna have to use it....."

And with that, Michael sat down on the seat, you could tell by his face that he wasn't expecting the bike to be as small as he had anticipated; you couldn't help but let out a laugh.

Michael begins, well attempts, to start pedalling, the sounds coming from both the bike and Michael's mouth causing Y/S/N to turn around, horror watching his dad riding his bike.

You giggle, "You sure you're not gonna have another go?"

He nods slowly, "Okay I will....but mum?"

"Yeah?"

"Please get dad off my bike, he's going to break it."

You laughed as Michael shouted from across the garden, "Hey! I heard that! I'm not gonna break it..."

Just as he fell to the floor, causing the three of you to giggle.
