Once they were all in the car, you could immediately feel the tension. Namjoon was driving. Jungkook and Jimin were sitting in the back.
Jimin kept trying to catch his attention but Jungkook was too busy pouting to notice
"I understand that you're worried about me but we've already decided that we're going to be together, right," Jimin says it as a statement rather than a question.
"We have, but"
Jimin cuts him before he can finish "Then stop pouting, I knew what I was getting myself into.." He pauses for a moment and gently places his hand on Jungkooks cheek and makes him face him, he leans forward, and their breath clashes together. " you gave me a chance to leave, but even if you hadn't, I wouldn't have." He whispers and kisses him softly " So let's do this together yeah." He says smiling at him. Jungkook agrees with him without giving it a second thought.
Namjoon quietly trying not to interrupt them couldn't believe what he saw. Jungkook had been tamed and it didn't take any sort of bribe or threat but a single kiss. "Thank god," Namjoon whispers and continues to drive.
As they approach their destination Jimin shakes his leg nervously. Jungkook notices this and places his hand on his knee. "What's wrong?" he says and Jimin looks out the window and slowly breathes out "I'm coming with you." He states as he turns and looks at Jungkook with determination.
Jungkook hesitates to say anything hoping he was misunderstanding him "You are already coming with me, and then when we get there you'll go to Jin," He says confidently knowing he was wrong
"You know I don't mean that," Jimin says as he inches closer to the door.
At this point Jungkook wasn't that against it, he kept replaying what Namjoon had told him earlier. If he was with him he could do anything and everything to protect him but if he was out of reach what would he be able to do but watch.
The car comes to a halt, Namjoon opens the door for them and Jimin steps out. Jungkook holds his hand as he's halfway out the door "Why, you know what's going to happen to him at the end." Jungkook wasn't saying this to make him rethink his choice, he was just curious as to why the boy who he just had in a whare house and had told him he didn't like people dying was suddenly so willing to go.
Jimin looks at Jungkook "He said my name" he says softly as he steps out of the car and looks up to the building "The least I can do is give the dying man his lash wish, right" he says as he looks back at Jungkook.
Jungkook could feel a small chill go down his back as he looks up at him. "God, that was hot." He says as he stands next to Jimin. "I think I might get even more obsessed with you."
Jimin laughs finally looking less nervous. He quietly walks up to the very top of the steps and stops before he opens the door and turns back
"Be more obsessed then."
