BYERS RESIDENTS JUNE 1985
The rain poured over the two as they stopped crying. Will wiped his tears even though it was pointless. "I'm sorry... I was being such a self pitying idiot" he said.
Jaime laughed "It's ok! Everyone thinks like that sometimes... well at least I do"
Will demeanour changed quickly from happy to scared. He looked around almost like someone else was there. "Will? Are you ok?" she asked him.
Before he could answer her, screams echoed in the forest calling out their names "Will! Jaime!" Jaime turned to the voices, finding Mike and Lucas running up to them. Will was still looking around trying to find something. "What happened? Are you guys ok?" Mike asked them.
Will turned to them.
"He's back" _________
"Do you copy this is a code red, I repeat this is a code red. Max. Do you copy?" Lucas spoke through the walkie-talkie as El and Max stirred in their sleep and slightly woke up to the noise. Max picked the Walkie-talkie off the floor and spoke into it.
"Shut. Up!" She spoke angrily, shutting the Supercomm off. They went back to sleep. The phone in Max's room went off.
"You've got to be kidding me," She scoffs, getting up out of bed and stomping over to the phone, "I'm sleeping, Go away!" She was ready to hang up but Jaime's voice stopped her.
"Max! Please don't! This is serious, just come over to Mike's and I'll explain everything."
"What are you talking about," Max asked and El sat up now fully alert. "What?" And the phone hung up.
"What did he say?" El asked, Max just looked back at her. _________
The six of them sat in Mike's basement listening to Will "I didn't think it was anything at first, I mean I think I just didn't want to believe it. The first time I felt it was at Day Of The Dead." Will explained.
"The power meant out that night too," Mike said
"And then I felt it again, at the field near the Nelson farm the next day, then again outside Castle Byers," Will explained, they all stared at him as he explained his experience.
Max looked up at him "What does it feel like?" Max asked
"It's almost like... You know when you drop on a roller coaster?" Will asked everyone except Eleven replied yes. "It's like everything inside your body is sinking all at once, but this is worse. Your body goes cold and you can't breathe. I've felt it before, whenever he was close," Will continued
