STARCOURT MALL JULY 1985
Eleven wails in pain and she lays on the ground as everyone stares at her leg, something crawling around inside her leg, Jamie quickly lifts the bandage from her wrist just to be safe and luckily finds nothing. "What is that?" Erica exclaims
"There's something in there!" Mike said
Jaime looked at Mike, panic in her eyes. "Sí, ¡no mierda, Mike! ¡Ves que es repugnante!" she yelled in Spanish, pointing anxiously at the thing moving under El's skin. Everyone stared at her, confused by her outburst in Spanish. "Oops, sorry, I didn't realise," she quickly said, switching back to English, her voice trembling.
Everyone sat around and they didn't know how to help, "Keep her talking, keep her awake okay!" Jonathan said, running to a shop on the other side of the food court.
"Hey hey, Stay awake, Let's get her on this side," Mike said as he and Dustin, Steve and Nancy moved her.
"You know it's not actually that bad there was ah, the goalie on my soccer team Beth wildfire this other girl slid into her leg and whole the bone came out of her knee, six inches or something insane." Robin rambled seeing this before her eyes, everyone turned towards her and stared at her.
Steve stares at her "Robin," Steve spoke
"Yeah?" she asked
"You're not helping," Steve said
"I'm sorry," She mutters shutting up while Jonathan came back with a heated knife, Wooden spoon and a glove on his hand
Jonathan looked down at her leg and then back up at El "Okay, All right, El? This is gonna hurt like hell okay?"
"Okay" She sobbed out
"Need you to stay real still, here you're gonna want to bite down on this okay?" Jonathan said, giving her the wooden spoon to bite down on. Jonathan took the searing knife to her leg and gently cut it. Eleven screamed loudly as she bit down on the spoon.
Everyone watched in horror and disgust as they watched Jonathan cut the wound on El's leg, he dropped the knife and dug two fingers into the wound trying to get whatever was in her leg. Jaime looked away trying not to vomit. Eleven spat the spoon out of her mouth and screamed stop it, Nancy stopped him as well.
"I can do it," She whimpers, Max and Dustin help her up and use her powers to pull out the thing in her leg. She screamed loudly and her powers broke the window of the store behind them.
They moved away from the broken glass as El screamed loudly, finally pulling the tentacle out of her leg and throwing it far away from them. It tried to crawl away but it got trampled by Hopper. _________
