At the hospital, Cuphead sits on the side of a hospital bed, saying nothing.
Doctor: Alright, kid. You're good to go.
Before the doctor left, he turned with a concerned face.
Doctor: Good luck with your brother. Your face isn't the only thing that needs healing.
After the doctor left.....
Cuphead: You told her?
Chalice: Yeah.....I know this is only between us but I just had to. Your wounds need to heal.
Cuphead: What wounds? The only wound I have is a crack on my face....
Chalice: I don't mean physical wounds.
Cuphead: What do you mean?
Chalice: Your emotional wounds. The fight with your brother and him yelling at you, that must've hurt you inside.
Cuphead: It did not!
Chalice: Look at yourself! You're hiding your sad feelings! You need to let it all out! Don't bottle up your emotions!
Cuphead: I'm not crying! (sniffle) I....I'm not....crying.....
Cuphead's eyes fill up with tears.
Chalice walks towards Cuphead and looks at him in the eyes.
Chalice: You need this.
Chalice threw her arms around Cuphead to hug him.
Chalice: You needed a hug....since Mugs isn't here to comfort you.....but I'm here!
Then, right then and there, Cuphead letted out the floodgates and both him and Chalice fell on their knees, still getting hugged. Cuphead letted it all out until.....
Cuphead: (sniffling)
Chalice: Feeling better now?
Cuphead: I....I guess so....thanks, Chailce.....I needed this.....
Chalice: What are friends for?
Meanwhile, in hell.....
Devil: WHAT?! That stupid chailce just made that cup feel better! Ugh! Disgusting. I hate wholesome moments....it sickens me....
Henchman:........
Meanwhile, with Mugman, he talks to one of the little devils.
Devil 1: Yeesh, you hitted your brother? That's cold.
Mugman: Yeah....and it felt so wrong.....I didn't mean to hit him....it was an accident.....
Devil 1: If your brother comes back here, just apologize.
Mugman: I guess you're right. Thanks. You give pretty good advice for a demon.
Devil 1: Yeah. I better get back to work now. Good luck with your brother.
After that.....
Mugman: I'm so sorry, Cuphead....I hope you'll come back for me soon.....
Sorry, I have a headache and I can't write more of this chapter....so....see you in the next chapter! BAI! ♡♡♡♡♡
